DJI Mavic 2 PRO Drone Quadcopter Fly More Kit Bundle with 3 Batteries, Hard Rugged Carrying Case, ND & Rotating Adjustable Polarizer Filter Set & Must Have Accessories (12 Items)

I was so excited to get my Mavic 2 Pro. I own a business that I would definitely be able to use this for pictures and videos. Prior to purchasing, I looked at the requirements for Mavic to be compatible with my phone or tablet ... "4.4 or later". Received the boxes, got everything out and started the process of charging everything and getting it ready to use. Tried downloading the DJI Go 4 app, and an error came up ... "incompatible with your device". So I looked at my phone again, and then tried my tablet ... same message. So I looked at the Android System on each device ... 4.4.2, but the manual clearly says "Android 4.4 or later" (see pic). So I contacted Mavic support on chat. They said ... "oh we are sorry however our update of requirements for Mavic 2 Pro is 5.0 or later". I said, but your manual says ... "4.4 or later". They said, yes we understand, we have not changed it. I told them I wasn't sure after spending $1,800 for the Mavic 2 Pro kit, if I wanted to spend another $1,400 to upgrade my devices so that they work with the Mavic. Then they told me that I could return it. Ok, fine, I can return it, but how about updating your system requirements so people know before they buy!!!! I'm not happy!!!!

Dure RC is not an asset for DJI drones. First they shorted me both a cable and the two extra sticks. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. This is the reason I am returning the $2109.99 bundle to Sure RC and purchasing it from DJI. I reported them to DJI and am giving a one star for everything to warn potential buyers not to do business with them Amazon would do well to stop allowing them to create bad will.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this is quite worthy of one. I am a new drone pilot and buying a drone for the first time is a daunting task. Which one? How much should I spend? What accessories do I need? I decided the Mavic Pro 2 was what I wanted because of the image quality in the camera sensor. I carefully compared all of the different accessories in the different fly more bundles from several different sellers. It was difficult to tell exactly what I needed and if I was going to get the right stuff I would need.You can technically fly with just what you get in the box as it comes from DJI but after choosing this fly more bundle, I love it! Some of the items didn't have any instructions included like the landing gear extensions and the tablet holder that attaches to the remote. (This one was a little challenging to figure out but I got it done.) In other reviews I read, some folks mentioned they got stuff they didn't need or wouldn't use. The only thing I may not use (at least not until I get a tablet) is the tablet holder. I haven't used the lens filter kit yet but I am still getting the hang of all the controls and settings and getting in as much flight time as I can. The extra batteries are a must. They are rated at 31 minutes (laboratory) but I only get about 24 minutes out of them before the drone automatically lands. The hard shell case is great for times when you need that kind of protection but so far, I am really just using the smaller compact bag (It holds the drone w/battery installed, two more batteries, remote, extra props). I removed the shoulder strap and just use the handle.Everything was packaged perfectly and the set was complete as it was listed. I love the drone itself but that is another review. I have nothing negative to say about the purchase or the seller. I can't tell you what to buy, but hopefully this review will help you be confident in purchasing the same items from this seller. The drone is phenomenal. The Hasselblad camera is otherworldly good. Plenty of reveiws out there on the drone. The bundle of accessories has most of the things I need and some not so much. After using this for a couple months, I definitely use the landing pad, device mount (I use an ipad). The device mount screw did split on me already, however. I'm contacting the seller about that. I have not seemed to need the signal extender yet (mostly because I'm still nervous about letting my baby get too far away). The blade holder was confusing until I found the instructional video. The instructions for some items is written in a language somewhere between Mandarin and English. I'm not a fan of the backpack case that comes with the Fly More kit. It's kind of tight and it seems like you have to force the drone into it's slot. The storage spots for the batteries is also awkward. That could have been done much better. The hard shell case that it comes with, however is excellent and convenient. Things I bought that didn't come with the bundle: a sun shade (for ipad), and a battery charger that charges 3 batteries at the same time (the one it comes with only charges them one at a time in sequence even though it holds 4). All in all, it was a great way to get started with this excellent piece of equipment. You're going to have so much fun.

The drone and remote control are $2000 by themselves at Best Buy. This package is a STEAL! Also, when I purchased this, I was under the impression that it DID NOT include ND filters or polarizers but it came with a pack of 6! That was a great surprise! I am more than happy with my purchase! The hard waterproof case is perfect for traveling and the water resistant shoulder bag is perfect to use when you don't want to carry the bulky hard case!EDIT: I haven't flown the drone too many times since reviewing it but for some reason the Micro USB to Lighting cable has stopped connecting to the remote. I now have to use my charging cable to connect my iPhone as the display. The cord may be defective so I will be contacting the seller about this. It's not ideal having my long iPhone cord hanging from the remote while trying to fly.

The DJI Mavic 2 Pro is by far the best Drone I have ever owned or used. Extremely sensitive controls and intuitive application makes it very easy to get up and flying. This bundle came with all the essentials you could possibly need or want. Everything is made so well and feels so sturdy that it should last a good while. I highly recommend this bundle!
