While the company that makes this never mentioned it helps with allergies, it, in fact, does. I've seen some companies that make the jam form say that it helps with the respiratory system, which is why I tried this pill form. Within a few days of taking it, my allergies were a lot better. This works just as good as --- if not better than --- brands like Allegra, and the best part is that it's all natural.

I grew up eating Chyawanprash Jam and wanted to try it again after almost 20 years. So, glad there is this pill version. I have finished one bottle so far and onto the second one and I haven't even had one symptom of cough and cold or any sickness in last 6 months. Highly recommend it as a daily supplement to boost immunity.

I like this for the convenience and the simplicity. I'm used to measuring Chyavanprash by the spoonful, but this is faster and eases me past my sweet tooth.All in all, a good idea, but I wonder what other people think.

My overall immunity and well-being is excellent. I am very happy with the benefits this product provides. I will purchase this mixture whenever I cannot acquire the Immunology supplement blend.

I definitely feel more energetic, calmer. I haven't changed anything else in my rontine except to add the this. I will definitely reorder.
