A cheap and nasty product, but hey, what should I expect from something so cheap? The metal and plastic tools used to scoop meat out of the claws do the job, but so would a pin used to pick winkles out of their shells. The nut cracker style tools for cracking claw shells are totally useless, both mine snapped at their handles when I tried them on crab claws. Total rubbish. Look for something more substantial than this junk for cracking your lobsters.Yours truly,Mr lobster in a white wine sauce with shallots and garlic.

Love, love, love! Very sturdy tools and the little spoon/fork is the best part! I really only use that and the red tool but I tried all of them just to see how well they were made. We will be taking these to the crab restaurants from now on!

Well made product, used on rock crab claws...nearly the hardest shell around...with all the tools, there was no waste.

Worked great for our all you can eat crab feed! Super sturdy! Those crab never stood a chance!

I like them and they work well. I expected the bag to be a little bit more fit and sleek to carry about and put away but it is not. It looks very cheap and useless. I will keep the tools and throw away the bag.
