Correct battery with incorrect connector. Do not buy the 10R-A0205 for replacement of unit on the Sena SMH10R.

The battery is identical to the one that is originally supplied for the SMH10R. However, the connector is too small and will not fit. I've since requested instructions for return and refund, we'll see what happens next.

I purchased this for Sena SMH10R-01 Low Profile Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset/ Intercom, it is the same battery but the connector has changed. See the photos. As expected Amazon sorted me out. In the photo the larger connector is what is needed for Sena SMH10R-01 Low Profile Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset/ Intercom, the smaller connector is what comes on this battery. Be sure of what you need before you buy. Hope this helps.

They've fixed the obvious issue with the original design in that the ridiculously thin/fragile wire has been made more chunky, but then they've also changed the design of the connectors so it doesn't fit. Have had to return. Can't be bothered sourcing a replacement that might fit as it'll probably have the thread thin wire again and break costing another £40. I'll now just power my senna with a USB change stick in my jacket pocket and run the micro USB cable up under my collar onto my lid. It's a bit of a pain having to plug/unplug it every time I take my helmet off, but benefit is I can charge the battery without having to take my whole helmet, I can carry spare batteries easily, and USB chargers are cheap as chips to buy (also helmet looks better without ugly battery stuck to the back).

Orders battery and it arrived. Problem is there are two identical connectors apart from them being different sizes and guess what. Yes didn't fit mine. And mine is only two years old. Returned and not bothering with intercom now. It was a real faff to set up anyway. Waste of money.

This works well and the connectors are the same for the original Sena SMH10R-01. The only issue is that the battery pops up, but not out, too easily.
