Quality vents supplied to be used with my air conditioning units during current heatwaves
My purchased was delivered on time and as expected. I was able to monitor the progress of delivery and very happy with the quality and conditions of my purchase. I assembled the product with easy and will be able to install very soon upon purchase of reducer to allow it to be fitted and with my air conditioning units. The purchase was supplied with all the additional parts required for my use with the additional tapes supplied surplus to my requirements. I strongly recommended this product but only time will how well it performs in use

Poor quality hose connector
If you have a De Longhi, do not buy this flimsy, pathetic excuse for a product. It doesn’t connect securely and is, quite frankly, very average.

The coupler doesn't screw on to standard plastic hoses very well. There will be small gaps which cannot be sealed.The window frame seal doesn't fit a standard window frame very well - there are gaps which you need to tape over with the supplied sealing tape.Overall - the seal isn't perfect but it's functionality is good enough for the price.

If your window frame has a raised lip this wont work
The product is a lot sturdier than it looks in the pics. My only problem was that since the height of the panel is just slightly larger than the diameter of the hose, since my window has a lip around it, the hose sits on top of the frame leaving a huge gap between the panel and bottom of the window. I just cut a piece of wood to size and placed it at the bottom of the window opening, effectively raising the bottom of the frame. Its more a problem with my window configuration and me not taking it into consideration. The product itself seems to work fine.
