Space Planning MP-003-RES The Board Residential Room Planner

Love this product, which helps in my design work at Furnitureland South!

I must say that the Residential Room Planner is an excellent tool for properly spacing furniture and accessories.So many of my clients cannot visualize how everythng will look and fit.It helps me to convey to my client what I have in mind for the room we are planning and how the furniture pieces will fit.The only drawback that I see is that although there are various sizes and kinds of furniture and accessories pieces on the Board,I sometimes cannot find an appropriate size or the correct furniture or accessory.However, I would highly recommend this tool to other designers.

I highly recommend this product. I bought one several years ago. The only reason I bought another is as hard as I looked I couldn't find the original. The hefty price tag was worth it to me to have on at-the-ready.

I am an interior designer and have used these magnet pieces before in design studios so I am aware of how they are supposed to work. Very disappointed that the package is not only missing pieces, but the magnets are so weak, they fall off the board. The ones I have used were very strong.I read that high attitudes might cause them to weaken, but I am on the Gulf Coast. Maybe they were a damaged return, but not happy. My Dad is in the hospital and it is impossible for me during the pandemic to go to a mail room to return. I can't believe I paid $300 for them and I really needed them for a project. I tried to contact the seller, but it is difficult on here these days.

I use these magnets for fast space planning for my clients. It’s a great everyday tool!I wish there was a special guard that could secure some of the smaller magnets that have a tendency to fall out. Happens especially in colder environments, the magnets loose some strength when chilly.

if you are moving, redecorating or just trying to find a better way to use space, this can be a helpful tool. it's expensive, but if you cannot handle pushing furniture all over the room several times before you find the best layout, this tool can help you save time and energy.

The Board has really saved my business! Over the past 5 years, I have been a loyal and returning customer. I originally started with the Residential Room planner and loved it! It has everything I need to create my vision. The customer is always blown away by visualization instead of me trying to convey my ideas verbally. Since then I have purchased their Quickplanner as well as Landscape Designer. I would highly recommend looking at one of their products for any interior design professional.
