At this price, unless you're looking for room service to go along with the view...
Just finished putting this stand up. Very simple to put together. I will say this if you have someone to help you put this ladder stand up, DO IT! I took it upon myself to put the stand up. This thing, at 16', is way top heavy. I ended up using only two of the ladders. It comes with three. I just couldn't get it by myself. Turns out, it's at about 12' which is perfect. Overall, this being my first ladder stand, I definitely would buy another. Under $70 and a solid piece of equipment? Sold. I included pictures of the stand as well as the view from sitting atop it. I also forgot to mention, which the ad doesn't, it comes with a safety harness.

Missing parts
Should of opened package right away just opened it and it's missing parts can't even put it together. Past return date hopefully can get parts!

Easy to put together but it was missing a key metal part for the platform. Box was significantly damaged upon delivery.

Easy to put up, assembly is a bit challenging.
Easy to put up and fairly easy to assemble. Would have rated 5 stars but for two things. First, the seat assembly would have been much easier if the drawing had been clearer. Second, four different bolt lengths for the non-seat section of the seat (footrest, frame, armrest, etc). Why so many?Very glad I pre-assembled the seat section at home.
