I received this as a gift from my baby registry. When it arrived it was dirty and missing necessary pieces. I was looking forward to using the ottoman for extra storage in our nursery so instead of returning the item immediately, I reached out to the company directly about receiving my missing pieces so I could assemble the ottoman. This method of communication was suggested by the company directly by a note in the package. I NEVER received a response to the email I sent the company. Therefore, I never received the pieces I needed for this furniture to function. I returned the item to receive a refund.Honestly, even with the pieces I would have needed this ottoman seemed flimsy. The appearance does look nice and it has ample storage but I doubt it would have lasted more than I year of usage.
