This bowl really likes to sing. It’s easy to get going. The first one I received was damaged and would not but this was very promptly replaced and I could not be happier. For the price you can’t beat it. The travel case is awesome and I recently took it on a short trip to San Francisco and was glad to have it traveling with me. Good product and highly recommend.

I use the bowl for stress reduction and meditation. I gave one as a gift since I love the storage case provided. The company is highly responsive when I was going to return the bowl because I could not figure out how to make it sing. They wrote me the technique and gave me a telephone number should I need further assistance. It has a beautiful sound. Very soothing. Wonderful gift for anyone who practices meditation or needs an outlet for stress.

Absolutely beautiful bowl, I am very pleased with it!Everything is great quality and the carrying case is very handy. It will take some practice to get good at making the bowl sing, especially with the lower tone side of the mallet (looking forward to practicing!)Very relaxing! Definitely recommend

Great packaging, but the bowl itself is very difficult to get to sing (at least compared with those from Silent Mind). I've been practicing 10 minutes a day for a couple of weeks now. Maybe I'll be successful eventually, but for now I would say to start with something from Silent Mind instead.

I bough this singing bowl for Valentine’s Day for my Boyfriend! He loved it and knew how to use it as he has another one but said he just loves the way this one sounds! This is a great gift!

New condition. I cleaned my spaced, my aura then the bowl before I started to practice. For me the suede side of the mallet doesn’t resonate any sound around the rim like other bowls I’ve seen; only the wooden side works for me. Editing—— today I practiced more and I’m getting singing with the suede side now. Super stoked.

I love this set. It's even more beautiful in-person. Makes a great gift.

I bought both singing bowls (the two sizes) and I am completely knew to singing bowls, but I have done a lot of research and bought from several other companies. Here is my review,First, upon receiving the larger singing bowl, I was pretty taken back by the packaging and the case. The seller seemed to care very much about their packaging which I, as a marketer, think it is outstanding of them to do. Most customers’ decisions are highly influenced by their first impression - the package. So, that was a check for me.Second, I was very impressed by how heavy the bowl was. I did not expect it to be of full authentic craftsmanship but it is which is extremely commendable of the company to do for such a price point!Third, the design and craftsmanship of the bowl is incontestable. It is very intricate and detailed, and I am absolutely in love with its design.Forth, the sound of the bowl is absolutely beautiful and it can go from very low to being surprisingly very loud for such a small bowl. I absolutely love the sound and it is VERY easy to learn and play unlike many other bowls.As for the smaller singing bowl, the packaging was great too and it was heavy too! Not as intricate and detailed as the larger one, and not as easy to play (given its size) but still has such a beautiful voice and is excellent for travelling!I am a big amazon customer and this is by far one of the BEST purchases I have ever made. I was attracted by the beautiful design of the bowl and I also liked that it packs neatly into a case with everything inside, so no chance to damage it or loose the stricker. Package comes with 2 wooden strikers, one with leather on the wand. I suppose this will give more options when it comes to the sound quality: deeper or higher. Don't know anything about it, but I will look for more info.Years ago I read in Feng Shui books that they use singing bowls to cleanse the energy in the house periodically and mandatory when there is/was someone sick in the house or when you move into another house where other people have lived, to cleanse their energy.So, years ago I planned to go to a Chinese market to look for a singing bowl; had no idea where else I could find one, but never got the time to go there.Thank you Amazon for making so easy to get one and there are so many choices, many more than 1 or 2, I could have found at a market.Need to practice more with the singing bowl. It's my first one and I don't know yet if it's better or worse than other singing bowls, but it looks so nice. Love using it.Beautifully decorated with some writing. Would have been nice if inside the box there was a translation of the blessing or affirmation, or whatever is engraved on the bowl.

This singing bowl is amazing! Sound perfect. It’s a bit heavy but it don’t really matter because it works perfectly. It’s amazing! Already have another singing bowl from another seller but the quality is so cheap compare to the one of Aklot. Material seems pretty exceptional quality and it will sure last! The design is superb.
