Got this for my 90 year old mother who is in an old people’s home and got dementia- she can still use it. Says it all. Easy to set up and very load ring and voice. Clear display and big bottoms. Doesn’t need to remember to charge it just puts it in the supplied cradle when she goes to bed.

I'm really disappointed with this phone as in many ways it's perfect. I bought it for my mum who needs a simple phone with big buttons and this one is more attractive than many on the market. It feels nice in the hand and is easy to use for calls. However, it's completely awful for texting. Predictive text can only do every word in lower case or every word in upper case or every word with the first letter capitalised. Even my old Nokia 3310 used to automatically switch between Abc and abc for the first and subsequent words in a sentence. In addition, it's not possible to add words to the dictionary so proper names have to be added letter by letter each time. When using predictive text the optional words don't display on the main screen but rather in a ticker tape along the bottom so they're too small for her to read. It's hard enough to decipher her texts anyway, so there's no way this will work for her (or for me!)

Great for an elderly person , or if you just don't like the smartphone era , simple to use and a great charging dock .

Purchased for an elderly relative.Not even a week in and it’s being returned.He couldn’t get on with it.Pros. Large colour screen and large buttons. Battery life is excellent. Charger cradle. Look of the phone and it’s large size.Cons. Menu operation needs a degree in computer science. Simple texting is a joke. Select the key with the letter needed and then scroll to it. Then select ok. Then go again for the next letter. Next word. I couldn’t believe how long it would take. Not good.I thought old phones you press the key 3 times to get the third letter. Not this.AVOID IF YOU PLAN TO TEXT.As a just a phone it’s great. It has phonebook etc and you don’t appear to be able to change ring tones etc. Instructions booklet is useless. Nothing found online either. As said if you text it’s not good.

Absolutely delighted with this phone. Good Battery Life. Very easy to set up and use. Would highly recommend, Good Value for price

Wanted a basic phone for my gran in case of emergency when out and about, does exactly what it says, nice big buttons, only down side is it's a tiny bit complicated to navigate especially someone who's 90 yrs old
