PearlTH900S Tom Holder, Uni-Lock System, Short

Pearls offerings for tom arms are pretty large. The range runs from about $30 for the gear based unit to the fully articulating Gyro-Lock at $80. All of these are very well made and will not fail you. This Uni-lock version is very adjustable and is the right compromise of price versus features for me.

These unilock tom holders are extremely sturdy. Most tom mounting technologies introduce some sort of wiggle when striking the batter, which makes it tough to mount your toms close to each other or very low and close to the bass drum, because they'll bang against each other. Not so with these, these with opti lock mounts are the strongest tom holders I've ever used.

I ordered this along with another part to adapt a 13x10 tom to a cymbal stand. Since my drum casme with the ISS mounts, I knew that I needed this specific unit. The memory clamp on the tom holder works perfect; slipping into the drum and actually locking the memory position...a quick twist of the hex key on the memopry lock and you're done!I'm using this with the Pearl ADP20 adaptor.

The headline says it all. It's strong, it bends amazingly and you can use it anyway you want because it's gearless.

Not much you can say about this piece of hardware but it works great.

This is a awesome piece of hardware. i got 3 of them to use with my Pearl Icon rack system. very versatile and very sturdy. well worth the price.
