Weak Rubber
This unit does not hold hood down tight it lets the hood wobble. It locks down ok but the rubber is not sturdy enough to prevent hood from rising a bit. Will buy an adjustable one next time

I should have spent extra for OEM latches...they work but hood moves around ALOT

They are very easy to install and are almost identical to the original ones. I am very please with the way they look on my Jeep.

Loses stretch
Great when first put on but loses its strength and stretches too far to keep the hood firmly in place.

They went right on fit great. I had an accident and rebuilt my jeep

Needs spring tension.Hope my hood stays shut!

Weaker than OEM, but it works.
First one snapped when i was installing, second one has held for a few months- highway speed daily driving- but i plan on replacing just because the first ones internals were so weak.

Jeep hood latches
They were easy to install and were the exact duplicate of the original latches!

Fell apart
Had the hood latches had for months. Seemed good hood wasn’t open the side button fell out at some point and one of the latches was lost while driving . Thought it was good quality obviously not pressure fitted properly
