Love how these bulbs spread light out and around instead of down! I thought I was going to have to replace fixture so this was a wonderful option! Would recommend bulbs and very happy with purchase

Purchased 2 packs for new local restaurant as their other bulbs were too bright in the 7 booths. Many compliments from others and the gold end matches well with the copper pendant shades.

We have a large modern style light fixture over our dining room table. The plain bulbs were always too bright for our eyes. These create a warmth and comfort without changing our light switches to dimmers. They look great!

I love these so much. I wish I'd bought them sooner. I'd tried multiple types of bulbs over my dining room table and everything was either too dim or far too bright and not comfortable at all. Turning on the lights had me squinting, and for anyone sitting on the couch the glare was awful. I put five of these over the table and the space instantly became warm and inviting, and there was no longer any glare issue, which was a huge relief. The brightness level is perfect. These bulbs will probably be a bit dimmer than you're expecting, but if you have a lot of them in one place (at least five--I tried using only four at first and was a bit concerned at that point) it will create a warm space that is bright enough to see very well and comfortably. This will fix a glare problem from sitting low at a distance (couch) or if you're sitting almost directly under the lights (table--my lights hang kind of low).

I used this on a shelf over a monitor and it's great for giving light without affecting the monitor.

6 months in and two are already flickering and barely producing any light

These bulbs are great! They cut down on direct glare because of the coating and they look great in the fixture. The shiny gold coating on the front part of the bulb reflects the light back up and away from the front of the light, creating a nice ambient glow, which is just what I wanted. It’s a bonus that they looks so nice inside the fixture.My first shipment of the bulbs was missing a bulb! However, I sent in a return and rhe next shipment came with the full set.
