Colavita Pasta - Gluten-Free Linguine, 12 oz - Pack of 12

I only order this brand of gluten free pasta. You can’t tell it’s gluten free, it doesn’t fall apart like chickpea or lentil pasta, and it cooks to perfection. I always have it in stock at my house.

I've tried every gluten free pasta out there and this is by far the best and costs less than most. It cooks like regular pasta and I get very few complaints from the rest of the house. My 21 year old didn't even know the difference and that's saying something. My sensory child even eats it and that's huge. Great product from a great brand at a fabulous price

This is one of the BEST gluten free pasta brands I've found. Definitely worth a try. Yum!

I bought a case of this and some other gluten free pastas to have on hand. We make brown butter pasta which is super easy and this is one of the ingredients. A bit of chopped ham, some hard cheese and a cube of butter are all of the ingredients. The longest part is boiling the water. 9 to 10 minutes of boiling and this pasta is ready. Makes for a great lunch or dinner.

This is the best gluten free Linguine I've had. Far better than Barilla, which also uses corn & rice, or the terrible tasting brown rice version I can get at my local store. It still falls apart a bit the next day, but not nearly as much as other brands. The taste & texture is also above average. Almost as good as some of the nicer quinoa/rice pastas you can get in in other shapes.

This the best gluten free spaghetti! So delicious cooks up exactly the same and tastes great too. Tastes exactly like wheat spagetti

I am a tremendous pasta lover. It is one of my greatest joys. We lived in Italy, we own a restaurant where my husband cooks incredible pasta dishes every night. Not eating them, or eating them with a noodle that tasted funky or off wasn't fun. But now I found Colavita! This pasta is completely undistinguishable from traditional wheat. It's excellent. I'm going to look into ordering wholesale so we can add it to our menu for celiac/GF customers. It's that good.
