I was worried because of some negative reviews but have been nothing but pleased. The sheets are durable and of good quality. The sheets are soft to the touch and very comfortable throughout the night, there’s definitely a cooling factor. This is my first foray into the world of linen sheets and I love these sheets!

Absolutely love the sheets. In the hot and humid Georgia climate, and going through the night sweats, these sheets are perfect - I have never been cooler in the summer, and more comfortable in the winter. They are not soft and silky like the cotton or microfiber sheets, but you get used to the feel and now I look forward to it. I will never go back to any other sheet again. And these ones are excellent quality, fit, and feel.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this linen sheet set, West Elm linen sheet set, and hemstitch linen sheet set from the same manufacture all in the glass color. (see video and photos). I would have kept this sheet set (flax color) however the cross stitch decorative band is not the same color as the sheet itself. As you can see from the picture it’s a very bright cream/white color that makes it stick out and looks like a mistake. I have ordered sheet sets before where that band is the same color as the sheet. The West Elm weave is definitely tighter and less gauzy. This one and the plain band hemstitch are a loose cross weave. I can see how some people have commented on the sheets pulls, holes, and tears. The fabric right out of the box is softer than other linen sheets I have gotten before. To the touch, you can feel there is a starchy stiffening chemical added to them to make it look nice for packaging. They do this almost all bedding and clothes so not abnormal. So with any linen sheet set always wash on cold with woolite. I always do the first wash with a linen sheet set using some baking soda and then do the immediate second wash with woolite. Cool cycle on the dryer and never had issues. They dryer super fast so you can run them on cool a couple minutes and iron them or just dry then and take out immediately for a more relaxed look. They are linen so it will never be a crisp sheet set like a Parcale sheet set. That said after second wash, I always put them on the bed and through their regular cycles on the beds. Never had any issues. I am sending it back in package cause that hemstitch is a complete different color and that is the only reason I am sending them back. That said the second sheet set also from Simple & Opulence is going back as well. The color is a solid flax all the way through including the band. However, the seam under that is very wavy and loose so I foresee it coming about in just a couple washes. Also the seam down the side of the sheet I can see is also loose and very wavy. (See the picture with the wavy seam under the band. So this set is going back cause of quality issue with the seams from sewing. I am keeping the West Elm ones as better quality and was $57 more when they were on sale than both these sheet sets. I will say that I will try the straight stitch band ones again in a different color in a couple months to see if the quality has gotten better. Happy to try ordering again in a little bit. For the dollar amount it’s a good value but like people have said there is some quality issues currently in some of the colors. I will update the review in a few months when I order another set in white and comment on how the West Elms are holding up. I will wait though for a couple wash cycles and on the bed cycles to review the Simple&Opulence ones when I get them in the near future

I wanted to love these, and at first I did! They feel great on the skin and look great, and keep you cool. However, after only two months of use, there are already two large tears in the fitted sheet. I can only recommend if you are extremely gentle on sheets!

I don't often write reviews, but have slept on these for about a week. It was a bit of an impulse buy after reading about linen sheets - I questioned if they would fell "rough" - but are very comfortable. It's been very hot this summer, and I've tried to keep A/C not running all night - these seem to have more air able to circulate through them, and are very comfortable, cool, and not rough or scratchy "linen" that I thought they might be at all. I think I'm sold and will likely buy more in future. Note - I have not washed yet, but will wash on cold and just lightly dry or mostly air dry. I hope they will last well. They are $$ compared to "cheap" cotton sheets (not the high end thread count), but I think worth it for the comfort.

Have always wanted linen sheets but thought they were out of my price range. While time wasting on Tik Tok, a man I follow on home decorating ideas recommended them. Still not convinced, I checked out the overwhelmingly high reviews on Amazon. That pushed my buttons. I ordered the King Size in white.Why did I wait so long to treat myself to these luxurious sheets? Feel as if I'm in a 5 star resort lying on these. Some people said they had to be broken in for softness. Not me. I was happy from the first lie down.Thank you Simple & Opulence and Amazon for supplying reasonably priced luxury sheets.

I washed them a couple of times in vinegar to soften them and now they are fabulous. Also, they do not slip on me like cotton sheets.

I have been wanting linen sheets door some time, but wow are they an investment! I found these on Amazon and finally gave in. When they arrived I immediately washed them ( no softener). First night I was MISERABLE. I swear I felt every thread! I ripped them off and washed again, used vinegar in the rinse. Back on the bed and WOW! Amazing. Thick, but light and cool? Not sure how, but these are some seriously magical sheets. I went back for more pillow cases. Love.

So comfortable! Very well made, great elastic on fitted sheet. it's a little strange at first because it's more corse and raw than typical bedding but oh my goodness the sleep you will have! 100% recommend!

Husband loves “rough” feeling sheets- these fit on his adjustable bed as well.

These sheets are as described. I love them and will purchase another set !
