Very pretty but very fragile
The flower broke when my husband picked it up but it did not affect the integrity its still pretty and serves it purpose just be gentle with it.

Beautiful burner dim light
Though the light is beautiful it is dim and doesn't include batteries the burner is now caked with oil from the cones

Great gift
Purchased for a friend. She loved it! It works very well. Just as described. It’s packaging was really nice also. The only thing I would change is the light at the bottom...wish there was a setting for it not to strobe.

Bent hand
Got this for a Xmas gift for my daughter. When she opened it the hand look like it was bent over towards the palm there was know room for the flower and it feel off and broke

Works as described
The waterfall incense burner works exactly as described and it's really cool looking. The smoke flows down and out exactly as described. If your into incense burning you'll enjoy the waterfall, it's cool to watch

Correct batteries found!
Once we found out from seller what size batteries to use (LR44 button cell), we ordered them (takes 2) and they work fine. The burner itself works well. The led lighting is not optimal, as it strobes quickly through the colors, then lapses for a few seconds into a nice fade, then back to quick flashes. Not so calming. We've ended up turning the led lighting off, and enjoying a white ball with the effects.
