The mounting bracket is a simple 2 screw "J" type wall hook. It will need to be screwed into a stud or otherwise sturdy part of the wall.

How long does the charge last if not used?

It would be advised to stop by your local firehouse annually to have a visual inspection done. This unit is typically pressurized with approximately 195 psi of nitrogen, as the expelling agent. It is designed for all 3 classes of fire… ordinary combustibles, flammable liquids, and electrical hazards.

Do they come with a tag showing they are still good for fire inspection purposes?

No they don’t but they have a good charge on the gauge

What is year of manufacture?

So they are good for 10 years from the stamped date on the extinguisher or 10 years from when I get them? I don’t wanna get one that’s stamped 2019 and I get it in 2023! Does that mean it’s only good to me for 6 years?
