Equisilver Natural and Non-Toxic Vet Formulated Wound Spray for Dogs and Cats, 16 oz.

This is a great product if you have animals from small animals to horses and goats. My issue isn't with the product, its with the shipping. Half the time the bottle is leaking and half has leaked out and Amazon is no help really. The product is still usable and we do need it, I don't want to return it, I just want it replaced but I can't find an option for that.So in short, that's why this review has three stars

The product is as described. It is well packaged, with a very good bottle with spray head. Spray head has two spray widths to choose from. Product has no real smell and applies easily. We got it for our Wiemeriener, who is sensitive to flea bites, which we have been battling quite fiercely this year. She has scratched herself almost hairless in small patches, and has some raw and hot spots. She lets me spray this on her, and even hmmm's in the back of her throat while I'm doing it. Her vocalizations for oh that feels good! Lol. Still early days yet, have applied twice so far, and she's already looking for it. She had a 3/4" long "bubble" on the underside of her tail nub, at the tip. After first application, by next morning, it was only half that size and looking much better. Does help her itching, cools her skin down, and two raw patches are much improved after only the two uses. Will take a bit if time, and total flea annihilation, for her full improvement and hair regrowth, but have total confidence this product is the solution to her skin issues! I love it, and she does too! Glad I went with the 16oz bottle. Now I know I will have enough to see her healed. Will purchase again when this one runs out, to have on hand in general, due to her sensitivity. Thanks for such a great, well made product!

I have never written a review on Amazon before, but felt this was a product that deserved my time. I volunteer for a small special needs animal sanctuary that has several English Bulldogs with Spina Bifida. This causes them to be incontinent and wear diapers. Along with that comes many problems, one of which is massive diaper rash. Some are more susceptible than others, but it is basically urine scalding that is almost impossible to get under control with the hard cases. One in particular has been battling with his skin rash for months and months. I have tried ever product out there (creams, paste, spray, powder) and even prescription silver cream from the vet. Silver is the best for burns like these. The cream is so messy to apply and frankly wasn't working any better than any other product. I decided to try the Silver Wound Spray and it worked (to my amazement)! His rash showed significant improvement within the first week and was virtually gone within the second. I have told all of my Spina Bifida bulldog friends and couldn't recommend this product more. I will continue to use it on all of the bulldogs as a regular prevention and treatment, it is well worth the price. Here is a pic of how happy the pups are now:)

My cat is a bit skittish so getting the spray where it needed to be (about 3 inches on the bottom of his tail) is difficult. The 4 stars is for this reason. From what I can tell, most of the redness has gone. The main spot where I know the spray hit has cleared, but the 2 spots above his tail are taking longer. One is about pea sized and has shrunk, the other is about the size of a quarter. I am sure when I can fully saturate that, as I did the rest of the sore/red patch, it will heal as well. It is just getting the spray where it is needed that is my main issue. I even put some in a small bottle because as soon as I pick up the big blue bottle, my cat jets.I also have a question on if it is safe for the cat to lick off. Seems as soon as I spray him, he is licking this off. Thanks

This spray is amazing! It is the first product that I've found that has given our black lab any relief from her skin allergies. We've tried so many things - probiotics, fish oil, enzymes, herbs, grain free food, Benadryl. She's been on steroids twice, which is not healthy and not recommended, and they only relieve her while she's on them.I have only applied this spray about 3 or 4 times over a one week period, and the itching has decreased significantly and I expect with more use it will go away all together. Her hot spots are no longer hot or red, and I just noticed that the skin on her neck that was starting to look and feel what I imagine a rooster's neck feels like, has smoothed out and feels more like skin should feel!I spray the spray on and then rub it in, especially since she seems to like the flavor of it. She was afraid of the sprayer at first, but now she welcomes the coolness and relief of it.I cannot recommend this spray enough, and hope that it will help your pet(s) as much as it has our dog.

This is the best product I have used and I have tried plenty. This gives him the greatest relief and works so well it does not have to continually be applied. Our cat is a feral little guy that showed up years ago and refuses to become an inside cat. He only eats great food with no additives but his allergies are from pollen and airborne allergens. After years of chasing him around to do anything to help him, he now lets me touch him to put Frontline on him, clean him up and dab his dermatitis with whatever. I have used wipes, creams, gels and anything else I thought would help. Some worked a bit, but this Silver Wound Spray gave relief the first time it was applied. I can now spray it on him when needed. I started by using cotton balls soaked in the liquid and dabbed it on and then worked up to spraying his irritated areas. I really like this product and will always keep it on hand.
