I have naturally 2b/3B hair. After using this product my hair air dries to be bone straight. I see most people on here didn’t achieve bone straight hair using this product, I think that’s because of how they used it. You need a professional grade titanium flat iron in order to get the best results. The one I use is called “Lizze Extreme Professional Hair Straightener” which is sold on here for $75 dollars (at the time of this review). Here are the steps I followed when using this product:1)Washed hair with clarifying shampoo at least 3 times.2) Blow dry hair completely.3) Apply the product as if you would apply hair dye to your hair.4) I left the product on my hair for an hour and a half, which is the maximum recommended amount of time. I left it on that long because my hair is of medium thickness and I figured it was the best way to get a good result.5) rinse the product off the hair using only water. I think I still left about 30% of the product still on the hair but ringed most of it off.6) Flat ironed the hair in very thin strands giving 25 passes close to the roots and 15 more passes down the rest of each strand, using the flat iron at the hottest setting. I understand this may sound scary, but the product changes your hair curvature by dilating the hair cuticle to allow the product in, you have to lock and shape the cuticle using heat (the flat iron). The product itself also acts as a heat protectant.7) Enjoy bone straight hair without needing to straighten it everyday :)

I was apprehensive about trying this at home by myself. I did add a few extra steps after much research (You Tube). I used a clarifying shampoo and washed my hair twice before, the initial smoothing treatment solution. Blow dried my hair, added the solution and waited the appropriatetime (according to your hair type.) I rinsed some of the product off (according to the instructions), and completely blow dried it. I went in for the longer process of flat ironing my hair. My hair did feel funky, but I pressed on. Once I was done with that, I rinsed my hair thoroughly and added a hair mask for 10mins. I rinsed that off and blow dried it completely. I must say I am very impressed with the product. The product will sting if you get it on your skin. Help with the flat ironing would have been nice, but I managed alone, I hope this helps. I will continue to do this on my own from now on. I am very happy with the results. This product is great! I thought it was a little weird that it did not come with more instructions, but I used it the same way I have used others. My hair is a type 3 curly. I washed it with the clarifying shampoo, then dried the hair and put on this product. Left on for 45minutes and rinsed off 80% of the product (the more product, the harder to dry and straighten, plus the worse the smell). Then used the blow dryers and straightened the hair with the straightener at 410F. I rinsed my hair again and put on a hair mask overnight. Next morning I rinsed and let it air dry. My hair was so controlled and silky, but still wavy which I love. Prob brought my hair to a 2b with no frizz. The smell was almost unnoticeable, but when you wash you hair again you will smell it. It takes a few weeks to completely wash off the smell.

The media could not be loaded.  Buy it. Don’t think just do it. For the first time in my life I can manage my curls. They are no longer tangled or painful when I brush. They are nice straight curls that are separated so they never tangle. I don’t even need to flat iron or blow dry after the treatment. I have beautiful gentle curls that are straight not tangled if I don’t do any blowouts or flat iron and when I do it’s like butter. Watch a video on how to do it as the steps are long.

This straightens the hair well! I’m very happy with this product. The process is much easier that previous products I’ve used. Saves me lots of money!

obtengo muy buenos resultados pero mi forma de aplicarlo es diferente a la recomedada, lavo el cabello con shampoo antiresiduos lo dejo secar y aplico mecha por mecha (utilizo un frasco de esos donde pones salsa ya que tiene una boquilla que facilita la aplicacion) dejo que el tratamiento led my be se seque al aire (no utilizo calor ya que no quiero que se active el producto) si deseo que se seque rapido pongo un ventilador pero no calor, cuando mi cabello esta seco paso mi plancha babyliss mechon por mechon y a la maxima temperatura, pero no hay necesidad de hacer muchas pasadas, te das cuenta que ya esta listo el mechon cuando ves que se aclara , porque este producto aclara el cabello tinturado y vuelve amarillas las canas, el olor no es tan fuerte y no desprende tantos vapores como otros productos, a veces puedes sentir que pica y que te arde el producto pero no te preocupes que esa sensacion pasa en un rato, despues de plancharlo yo lo dejo aplicadoy al dia siguiente lavo mi cabello con mi Shampoo habitual y aplico una mascarilla, a los 2 dias de haber aplicadol led my be tinturo mi cabello ya que despues de aplicar el producto queda de un tono horroroso, me agrada mucho led my be ya que deja tu cabello suave brillante hidratado manejable muy liso y aunque tengo problemas de caida de cabello no siento que este producto la agrave, ademas rinde mucho, en definitiva le doy 5 estrellas

I have 3a-3b hair and wanted something not so permanent that could tame the frizz. I decided to do it on my dyed hair (I dye it twice a year only) and used it for 40 mins since I wanted to keep the integrity of the hair. Didnt like the straightener part too much but you have to in order to seal the product. Next day I saw a lot of split ends that def weren't there and my black hair was literally brown, not cool but whatever, ends were cut. I washed it using sulfate free products and let it air dry.... and it looked PERFECT! no frizz, the curls are there but really soft and manageable I loveee the result. Would I use it again? Probably but if I were you and dont want the super silky smooth hair I would leave my ends out of the whole process, including the straightening part.

Don't expect miracle but product does what it says. I have very tick, frizzy and dry hair and in the past I tried everything, keratin treatment, all kinds of shampoos and hair masks, serums and oils and nothing really ever solved my problem. My problem is that it takes so long to wash hair, dry, style it, and still it looks frizzy and unmanageable.This product made process less painful as it does smooth hair, it does eliminate some frizz and it's easier to style the hair.I am happy that I bought it
