It takes time to get used to just find their own way to use it.Ihad help first couple of times.
I like that it saves a little room on the hanging rail. It’s quite awkward to use if you’re like me a 24/26 size and ware wide leg trousers. I have a free standing garment rail and have found it easier to put my trousers on ready folded.

Broke spoke as arrived.
Flimsy. Difficult to get one pair of trousers off without them all falling off. I was refunded without having the bother of returning it. This was very good but suspect a lot sent back. Not fit for purpose .
