My allergist suggest this along with Amino Acid complete and L-Glutathione to help my body deal with my chemical allergies. I have very strong reactions to perfumes of many kinds, phenols, petroleum products, etc. etc. Where this seems to help me the most is with perfumes, both colognes and perfumes in cleaning or detergent products. I take one pill twice a day (same with my others) and there is a very large difference in how I feel. My son was recently diagnosed with similiar allergies and my sister has had them longer than I have; these helped them also. When we run out the difference is significant for all of us.Depression, acute anxiety, overwhelming tiredness, and body aches were some of the issues we all have and we have experienced significant relief with this supplement. We have done a lot of other things also, like diet changes, and keeping our houses fragrance free, limiting our exposure as much as possible, but these supplements seem to be one of the biggest factors. How we feel at this point is so much better than where we were, and when we run out we notice a difference in our health. This is not a pill that makes everything ok after you have an allergy exposure, its a supplement that if we (my specific family members and our cursed genetics *shakes fist* ) use regularly, helps us deal with our allergies better.Everyone is different, I am in not a doctor and I am not trying to help anyone diagnose something, but this has helped our family. If you have similar problems you might want to talk to your allergist or just try it. It was a couple weeks before I started seeing any results, and the same if I go off it for an extended period of time FYI. Been using it most of the time for over 3 years now.

Easy to swallow coenzyme q10 soft gels in dose my doctor recommended. VERY good price/quality.

I really like this product because I have a hard time swallowing pills and these go down really easy. They don't bother my stomach which alot of other pills do. Price is alittle high but worth it. I will continue to order.
