This clear case is one that is completely soft. It's not one of those with the hard polycarbonate back on it. It is very clear, without any frosting or Haze added to it. Your phone's color shines through nicely. The internal microdots are only slightly visible. When you do see them, it makes for an interesting textured look. The raised corners are hollow to help with an impact. The edges below the power button and the volume buttons is squared off and textured to give a little more grip. There is also a ridge around the cameras, it helps to keep your fingers from sliding across the them, getting it dirty. All these features make for an overall better case than the stock in all but one area. Because they made it so your phone is highly visible inside the case, the backside isn't very grippy. Holding the phone with one hand is a little bit harder if you don't have huge hands.

At certain angles, it already looked like it was starting to discolor from clear to yellow so I returned it.

It isn't a very protective case. The back of my husband's phone cracked inside the case when it fell. That's the first time that ever happened to him with any case.

It works. Nothing special about it, its just simple, better then the oem rubber case the phone ships with, and work.

Awful product do not buy it.
