It takes some work to get used to moving it the right direction to see. Still struggle to use it for cleaning. Took away a star because it doesn’t work with IPhones. (What doesn’t work with IPhone?) I had to borrow my kids android.

So weird and surprising to see inside of my ear. Helped me take out giant earwax that i could not take out for so many times that bothered my hearing. It is easy to use on the computer but took pretty long time to figure out how to control the direction. The quality of the camera is way better than i expected. I dont think i would use regular ear swab any longer. Using this device is useful and clear to see and more than that, it is so weirdly fun lol.

I bought this to replace a regular otoscope that you had to look into rather than using a camera like this one. The magnification of this one is great (you can get down to pore-size viewing). I like it because I can use it on myself and view it on my computer. I didn't find a good app or download to use as a camera, but if you plug the USB into your computer you can select it as a camera on a program you probably already have. (You can even make a Zoom call for just yourself and use it that way if you can't find a video software at first like I did.) Take the protective plastic cover off the end and it's ready to go. I have no intention of using any of the other attachments, but wanted to have this to check on ear/tooth aches, sore throats, etc- in which case, it'll be perfect.I didn't notice the product getting hot on the brightest light setting, but only used it for a few minutes at a time. It'll take a little practice to figure out which way is up with the camera, but isn't too hard. The case it comes with is also adequate for storage.

The quality is great for the price. It easily connects to my computer. At first, the camera angles and leveling take some time and adjusting to get used to, but once you do it's really useful for a lot of things! The small tool head attachments that it comes with are slightly sharp so be careful when using. I would advise to file down the sharp edges and clean with alcohol prep pad. I would recommend!

The camera is of decent quality. I can put one of the spoons on the device and see the wax buildup in my ear, but the camera itself and the tools are way, way too big to fit in my ear canal and actually get anything out. The little wire circle tool that I thought would be most useful is huge. It doesn't even fit far enough into my ear to see the wax because it's so wide. The spoon does, but it's not long enough to reach. The camera tip itself is stupidly large in the context of trying to put it in your ear hole. Total waste of money as an ear cleaning tool, but good for other uses you may need a small camera for.

The product is pretty easy to setup and use. Just download app, plug in, and ready to use. The camera resolution is pretty sharp. I can inside the ear pretty well. The camera does get a little warm for the ear due to the LED lights. There is a dimmer on the camera.Only complaint is the connector. It looks ALMOST like a regular usb, but with a microusb fused into. So the microusb adapter becomes useless because you cant connect it. The camera cord is attached to that weird usb/microusb thing, then there's an adapter from microusb to usb-c.Luckily i had my own usb to usb-c to plug into my phone.If you plug it into your laptop i see no problems.

sadly too big for my ear :( left it very irritated and couldn't reach the wax even with the tools.but the camera is nice quality. maybe my ear canals are just small lol. if iit was able to go in more i wouldve loved it

It works perfectly and was easy to install on my computer. As a physician, I plan to use in with my patients.
