Less than a week and it’s broken, the one star isn’t for just that but it’s dangerous. The end is a very sharp metalic wire that our bird only needed to poke his eye on or bite it and cut his tongue to get injured. As soon as I heard the toy drop from hanging in his cage, I walked over and saw how sharp the end was. Horrible, this needs to not be sold with this wire, the toy would be better with a chain or rope.

I bought these for my Timneh Grey who loves to chew wood. Both toys are made with manzanita which is very hard to chew which is why it is often used for perches. She tried one of the toys but since it wasn't really chewable she lost interest in it. Maybe a larger bird would like these.

These toys are not going to withstand a parrot and the hangers are not bird safe. I took me me apart and just giving the wood pieces to play with as chew foot toys.

My birds love the natural wood but not the coloured ones .
