They work however it's a "break apart" (it breaks apart after one use so it can't be used again) which makes things a little tricky trying to line up on the earlobe because if you squeeze just a little bit it engages and there's no going back. But they do work and get the job done

Would not recommend
That’s because we used the gun and it didn’t go all the way through so I had to go through pain of pushing the nose ring all the way through that took 4 hours but it does like really good when your done :)
