Really happy with this , last ages once fully charged.

How do I contact the seller? 1 of my chargers wouldn’t attach as it appears the threads aren’t right but had thought I could use the other 1 but it’s not working right anymore, appears loose inside the casing. I need to use sellotape to ensure a tight fit. I can’t return because I need to use them until I have a replacement. Please advise how I can contact you to get this sorted as my only option in Amazon account is return.No previous issues with many purchases which is why I’ve done 4 stars.

Press the "order again" button from my basket and I have recieved the non micro usb version. The version sent only charges from the screw top, which wear out fairly quickly in my experience. These batteries tend to be very good, just disappointed with the ordering system, perhaps this is an issue with Amazons own system.

The battery was dead on arrival. It had a sweet smell which is an indication of of bad battery. The battery when tested was 0v. I did not feel safe posting this so checked the battery inside and it was corrosive and leaking. Damaged batteries like this can burn down a house.

Arrived quickly, but the USB charger did not fit so not able to charge the battery had to buy a new USB cable. Not pleased

Works great until the thread goes. Unable to screw the battery on to charger after a while. Have had 3 of these and all did the same. Shame as good battery life

Have had them in the past and they are okay however a bit expensive
