My father started the entire family taking Vitamin C with Rose Hip from the mid 70`s so I have known about this vitamin for many decades now. Vitamin C (must purchase with the Rose Hip) is a must have in your vitamin and herbal supplements arsenal. It`s one of the supplements that keeps your immune system strong. It also has great healing properties for wounds and after surgery. It`s water soluble so you need to take it every day because it doesn`t store in the body. When everyone around us at school or work would be sick with common viral infections it would go past our family. And if we did come down with a cold we would do the cold remedy of 2000 mg of C immediately and 1000 every hour for 24 hrs and it would cut the duration of the cold in half. I will admit throughout my adult years (now 51) I have fallen off taking my vitamins many times but I always come back. I will say I don`t take the Flu shot that is push on everyone each cold season, and I haven`t had the Flu in 19 yrs and never pneumonia! This product seems to do the trick! I take a host of supplements everyday so sometimes if hard to tell what each one is doing individually. My father has passed on but he instilled in my mother, siblings and myself about adding supplements to your health regimen. And if ever we need it now is the time, with all the gov`t is doing to the food/water. So I now make sure my mother at 81 yrs old still takes her Vitamin C along with all of the rest of the supplements. I love that this company offers such a large quantity per bottle (250 pills) so it last for a long while between me and my mother while I`m trying to keep up with all the other supplements. The pills are easy to swallow and they have a fruity aroma. I will purchase again from this company.

For me the capsules are to large to swallow. I have wasted my money 💰The product is fine. The size of capsules may not affect others.

The company recently changed it's packaging process and the description on Amazon did not correctly represent the size of the capsule. PCN was quick to give credit for the bottle and apologize for the incorrect text. The Vit C itself is as described. It does not cause any stomach upset and although I have difficulty with large pills, these seem to float enough to not get stuck in my throat.

Tablets are not coated and not as small as seller claims or as easy to swallow.

This product may be great, but from the reviews I read before purchasing, I was under the assumption this vitamin C tablet was small. It's not. I was looking for a small pill that my teenager with special needs could swallow. She can't. It's too large. I'll post a picture here so you can gauge for yourself.

Its ok

This product is doing wonders for me. I've been taking one a day since I came down with a system fungal infection a few months ago. I feel like it actually gives me more energy throughout the day. And when I feel like I still may be coming down with something because of my compromised immune system, I just pop an extra pill and I'm good to go. Everyone around me gets sick and I continue to ward it off because of these. The ingredient list is my favorite part about this. It comforts me to know that I'm not compromising my health by putting any fillers into my system that I shouldn't have. I highly recommend this product.

The description states that these are tablets, when they are actually capsules. In addition, they smell like fish which I've never experienced in the 35+ years of taking vitamin C. Will not purchase again.
