Ferrara - Cannoli Shells, (3)- 4.5 oz. Boxes

Wish it was a little fresher. It tasted old.

I purchased the Ferrera Traditional Cannoli Shells for Easter and I was I was absolutely not disappointed.These shells were delicious with my authentic Italian cannoli cream recipe!You can not go wrong with these cannoli shells. It's like going home to Italy!

Good, but doesn’t display the crispness of those my mom used to make. Will work in a pinchUsed to serve cannolis to guests when I filled the shells with the cream mixture.

Aside from a couple of shells getting crunched in the delivery process, this product is just OK. Could be a little crispier and have more flavor, but can compensate for this with a really good filling and additional spices/sugar to the shells. 3-stars

Being an Italian Jersey girl, and having a lot of experience with cannoli, these were surprisingly good. I originally thought of ordering cannoli shells when I found cannoli-flavored ice cream at the supermarket. I ordered the shells and they came quickly with minimal breakage. They were delicious with the cannoli-flavored ice cream and even better when I made my own cannoli filling. Living in Hawaii we don't have any of these specialty items and I'm grateful for Amazon selling them. Grazie!

These broke in shipment. There were pieces that came out of the box and were in the bottom of the packing brown box. NOTE TO THE SHIPPER: the packing paper was balled up on the side and the boxes were loose and tossed around. Maybe bubble wrap wrapped around the boxes and a smaller outside box so less tossing around. Otherwise, tasty.

I made 36 cannoli at 4pm by 6:30 they well softNo crispness.

These worked perfect for my first time making Cannoli cream and stuffing it into pre-made cannoli shells. My whole family enjoyed them. I would order these again. Side note: a few of these shells were broken due to getting tossed around in shipping - no fault of the manufacturer.
