Very tasty and mixes well

I make a smoothie every morning & this supplement makes the whole thing. Pleasant taste, mixes well, keeps me full for the morning, I love it.

This brand is great. Tastes good,easy to mix and is great with other things added to it. We mix ours with water and ic. Put fruit or other things like flaxseed and drink up. You will love the taste

I love Spiru-Tein. I have used it for years as a protein supplement/snack. It is easy to whip up when I'd like a snack but I don't want to go for easy junk food. I find that if you have something easy if it's healthy that you enjoy you can eliminate a lot of snack food mistakes. My children also loved it. I felt good about serving this as a snack to get some extra protein into them. I sent this can of it to my out of state college student.

This is the best protein powder that I have found it is creamy and not gritty you don't have to make a smoothie in order to drink it. I would use maybe some sort of sugar to sweeten it a bit. It has fructose but not enough for some, a blender is best to mix.

I keep trying other protein supplement powders but keep coming back to this. I have been using it off and on for almost 20 years. Tastes good. Not too sweet like some that are over-powered by stevia. Mixes well. Good value.

This is a great protein mix. I use it for breakfast or sometimes dinner. I blend it with unsweetened almond milk and ice and it's great on these hot Florida days. It does need to be blended or put in a shaker cup to mix well.

Tastes terrible. I threw It in the trash.
