First, take note that Amazon is now rejecting reviews that include information on the seller or shipping. Then when you review the seller (good or bad) you are extremely limited in length. Not sure where Amazon is going with this.The umbrella is exactly as described. It is well made and operates smoothly. It is cumbersome to build just because of the cantilever shape. Requires two people, but goes quickly. Make sure that you have your base ready to go. It cannot stand open without base weights. While it is very sturdy, it is large and susceptible to wind. Recommend a molded base or go very heavy. With 160lbs of paver stones and another 120lbs of sand bags, it will still move in moderate wind.The swivel feature is great, making this umbrella very versatile. But note that this style umbrella is angled by cranking it down. It cannot be angled sideways. Due to the heavy base required, repositioning it as the sun moves is not practical. So you'll want to experiment on light winded days with partial weighting to decide on the best location.See seller reviews. There were missing parts, but they were excellent about resolving.

I love the size and the 360degree capability. However with any wind at all it moves significantly. It also needs significant weight due to the constant movement with the slightest wind gust. I bought the weighted base that was suggested and filled with sand and it was still not enough weight. I don’t want to permanently anchor to the patio In case I want to move it to another location. So unless you plan to permanently attach the base I would not recommend buying this umbrella. Very frustrated!

The umbrella came with all the pieces, holes aligned and was not complicated to assemble. It did take two people to attach the heavier upper umbrella post to the assembled base. To align the holes, we tilted it on its side over a table. When the umbrella is extended and tilted it definitely needs the additional weighted base. If you buy, plan on buying the base too. I haven't had a lot of time to use this, but it looks magnificent. Ordering the base $70 now.

No defects found after explanation. thank you.The issue was that I could not open the umbrella in one of the umbrellas send to me.The solution given was to extend the arm of the stand all the way, this in turn provides the correct square opening to open the umbrella. Thank you, the product now works as advertised.

Received this in September and it’s faded already

This is perfect! Love the gray frame, easy to open, just beautiful. Would love to find base weights to match!

I bought this umbrella not even a year ago, and haven’t used it much. It is totally faded, and starting to rip. I have contacted Amazon, due to I wasn’t able to get a hold of seller. The website, and phone numbers do not work.

Bolts are large enough to support structure.
