BestNestTriple-Celled Bat House Kit with Pole, 250 Bats

As the photo shows, this is a pretty high-quality bat house and pole set. I disassembled the house and stained the interior with water-based stain. After reassembling, I caulked the seams and screw holes, stained the exterior dark brown for my location, and applied poly to protect it as best I could from Colorado weather. I picked the best south-facing location I had on my lot and installed the pole according to the instructions. For some reason, so far, no bats have occupied the house. Weird. Some of us are still hopeful though.

The Bat house would be great if I ever get the hardware to hang it oh the pole. The pole is very flimsy and you can't put it up high. I repeat pole is very flimsy can't put it real high.
