Way more than I ever expected....
Ok I will keep this to the point. My Harris, required me to pay extra for every single feature. Including a separate purchase for the nice swivel lock. This Bi-Pod right out of the box impressed me. The fit and finish is high quality, the all metal tension screw for installing it had no problem accepting my Allen wrench and being torqued to Harris specs. The solid metal infinite adjusting swivel lock knob is simply awesome. The bull ring is thick wire but it's small enough you barely notice it and I have no fear that it will fail ever. The legs appear to be well made and are completely adjustable. There is no slop in the movement and they can be easily removed if needed for repair.Normally I would compare this with my Harris but to do so would not be fair as my Harris has withstood years of abuse, I have yet to throw this thing around long enough for time to tell. So far for the price this unit has exceeded every expectation. I will update after some hard use and we will see the final result at least by the end of the year, perhaps early next year.

An amazingly high quality alternative to the name-brand product
I've been buying the very high quality Ha**is bipods for years for my other bolt guns, use them recreationally, for hunting, occasional competitions, they hold up very well, but there HAVE been occasions where my traditional 6-9" bipods just don't have the elevation I need so I was looking for something like this that wouldn't "break the bank" (yeah, I know, like S&B glass for $3500 didn't) - I just didn't want to blow another $100 or more for a bipod I'd used MAYBE once or twice a year when I can get out to that 1300+ yard range. I've got to say the Chicoms got this one right. Materials and workmanship are comparable to the venerable Ha**is name in a literal side-by-side comparison. Okay, okay, so maybe the materials are of a lower grade, I don't know - only time will tell. I used it once on my Rem 700 5R 300 win mag bolt gun and it does what it's supposed to do. No complaints. You could do worse.

A very nice bipod
I have bought several bipods in the past, this one is my favorite. It's very similar to my first one in looks and the legs telescope the same. The best thing about this product is that it can tilt side to side and pivot at the same time. I can't wait until hunting season. I used it today on my range and will be using it many more times before hunting season. It's very simple to install, simple to use, and very sturdy. I'd like to give it 5 stars but I've only used it for a short time and will have to update later. So far so good.

Tip Top 9-13" Bipod.
Very good quality product. I have two Harris bipod and this one is built/quality wise the same. I don't like the stud for the sling it is too tight and my sling won't swivel when I attach it to their swivel stud. I like the swivel and pan options with this bipod. I also like that it comes with the lock lever for swiveling and panning, a plus compares to most bipods. Very happy with price and purchase. I will buy another one of these when I need another.

Good quality, but does not work for my sling swivel.
It's a pretty quality bipod compare to other 10~20 dollar range bipod. You can see the different right away. However, I still can't have this fixed to my Vepr 54r rifle. The hinge extended too far and it doesn't allow me tie it down.I've been grinding it to make it work but eventually ran out of grinder.Well, I assume this would be good if you have a mount for the bipod, but if you just want to connect it to sling swivel I think you will need to have a set of grinder to make it work.

Solid, Solid, Solid!!!
This is my second one and it is just awsome. Solid, Solid, Solid! And almost $100 less than same type of Harris with all bells and wistles that this one has as a standard. Will add sprikes (DIY $5 each, for Harris they are what $25 each?, but I wish TipTop offered spikes as well) and I am done. They did not have the one with notched feet for rifle stud mount unfortunately. Would have been nice to have that one, but....

This is JUNK
I bought this for my 30-06. It had good reviews. For the first few days it performed as advertised. After that, one or both legs would drop from the supposedly locked position, making it completely useless. I threw it away since it could not perform itโs only function. I purchased a Harris Bipod which is a good bit more expensive but have had zero problems with it. To elevate any future headaches, donโt buy this piece of JUNK and get a Harris!

Seems solid, but you will need a level.
Seems like just what I wanted at the right price point. However, I have not made it out to the range yet. It also necessitates that your gun has a bubble level on it to insure that at long range your bullet drop will be true.
