It might be. It is strong, and flexible, like fabric, but it might have a paper element to it. My grandson has played with it on a wet high chair tray without it falling apart, but I don't know about WASHING it.

Not too strong... tying a bow and pulling on the not too hard can RIP it.

Depends on the size you want, I used mine for a in door fairy house and I love it. This vine is very nice, if your wrapping it on something it should work fine but it has no wires inside to stand alone but it is very pretty.
