At first, was hesitant from a review below that the red ball didnt hold up but thankfuly mine arrived in perfect condition.My 8 old month son has been exploring it for 3-4 months now. At first all the balls went to his mouth, but as time passed by he started grabbing the balls with his little hands, watching them roll away and soon one day he was hitting the ball to the walland sooner the later one morninghe was hitting the red ball and the blue ball now knowing that the two balls can make sounds being content with this small discovery. After this incident he was clapping his hands!(which was sooo cute♡) Cannot forget that morning being awed.And onto 11 months, he was pushing the balls respectively with all his might (which was also so cute!!!). Thanks to this beautiful item!♡I have not teach him how to use it,but just exposed it to himand i am thankful for this beatiful sturdy item.the paint on each ball has not been chipped after all the time he munched. :0)I am writing this review after 3months of actual use.It is because i want to truly thank the seller and designer and is happy with my purchase. The beautiful jorney of discovery of seeing my first son exploring, developing, growing with this educational materialwas a blessing joy to a first time mom ♡ thank you from Asia♡

I love this it’s sturdy and fun my granddaughter loves it she’s 10 months old one of her favorite toys

It was a gift I did not see it personally

This toy is nearly $50 and it uses two different woods, which you can actually see in the listing images, but I’m sure no one looks that closely or would expect that. I didn’t. See my image.Also, the yellow ball slot is looser thanthe others and the ball can easily fall in with the slightest pressure. You can see that the yellow ball sits lower than the others. I will request a replacement because of the ball issue, but I may just return and shop for a different brand.FYI: On a positive note, one year old Montessori toddler loved this one immediately.

Great quality (we own a few Montessori-type wood toys and the ones we got from Leader Joy are by far the sturdiest, best polished (no splinters or edges that feel scratchy or misaligned) and we understand one of the safest. The only issue we have with this toy is that there is a peg that stops the balls from rolling off the external track (instead of a “wall”). This makes the toy a little riskier (potential eye poke) when our child plays with it. Also, the external ball track wall could be a millimeter higher - to keep the balls on track instead of rolling off.

I really love this toy for my 1 year old. She has been enjoying it since about 8 months. Unfortunately the balls did not hold up to some rough play by an older cousin, not their fault, but now the paint is chipping on the balls and I don’t want my baby using them. I’m not sure how to go about getting replacements and $45 is a lot of money to spend on the first place, let alone replacing it. Overall it is a great toy and seems very sturdy. I don’t love that it is made in China, but it says that it is up to international standards.

I bought this for my one year grand daughter and she loves it! It is very sturdy and she can place the ball easily into the slots and push them through. The whole process is fascinating to watch as she discovers different ways to play with it.
