Love the taste of this honey

This honey is good tasting & I purchased Trader Joe's because I felt it was a good brand. Only three stars because I still have more than 1/2 jar (24oz) which doesn't expire until 2017 and it hardened (crystallized) in the jar & can't use it. I should be able to use every last drop after all it is quite costly. I would like the maker of this product to respond telling me why I now have to throw out my 1/2 jar and waste my money. I guess I'll go back to using the much cheaper honey sold in my supermarket.

I bought this as a replacement after I annihilated a co-worker's bottle. It is very tasty honey, however I think it's a bit overpriced.
