High value, Fun Dependable back up
Waited for gen2 H8R with the new internal hop up knub, and elite force has finally delivered. I bought this intended for a FUN, enjoyable, high value, indoor/pointblank, reliable indoor-only back up revolver choice, suitable for someone that is already familiar and competent with how revolvers work, and are supposed to work, and this product is a solid win. And like most all airsoft offerings, comes with its own particular features that must be abided by. The design, construction, and materials is elegant, well thought out, functional, and fun, addictive even. Reasonable expectations dictate this revolver is not compatible with dirt/sand and must be clean, and be KEPT clean to run right, so a full size flap holster is desirable and prudent. For reasons of for mechanical reliability the cylinders are made of a material that is slippery, but deliberate care must be taken reloading to not fumble the cylinder and drop it in the dirt. Trying to insert or extract the cylinder with the hammer in the cocked position will most certainly cause destruction of the cylinder and internal fire control assembly, so that is 100% on the user not to roll a "1" on their skill check. Durability is actually really good for an airsoft revolver, much better than expected. The sights and hop are dead nuts on for six o clock hold at 50 feet. The hop is very sensitive to side to side cant angle while shooting so mental focus is not optional. Double/single action trigger is not great but is acceptable, way better than many real low end revolvers out there, the H8R trigger is probably as good or as bad as the skillset of the user is running a revolver (or not), so do not expect to be able to run the H8R any better than you are able to run a real steel revolver, for all the same applicable skillset reasons. The grip is size large, so using with hand protection gloves is not great, but not horrible either. I would expect any dropping on hard surface to result in a broken hammer spur or broken off sights, so that is also 100% on the user at all times not to fumble. Essential support is a can of non detonating silicone airsoft spray lube, two drops to lube the capsule seat, one drop on the rubber o ring on the frame valve, and to lube the metal seat in the barrel that engages the front of the cylinder under spring pressure. Cotton swabs to carefully wipe grit out from the frame. A can of compressed air keyboard cleaner is helpful to blow dirt off the cylinders and frame. This airsoft should not be stored with a cylinder in the frame, to preserve the rubber o ring seal on the frame, and definitely never, ever, leave a CO2 capsule in the grip overnight, to avoid mal-forming the soft capsule seat. Ten shots is adequate, for dedicated backup, but ten is a deliberate handicap relative to the more OP airsoft backup choices that are out there, so if you have to have MOAR shots than 10 then you will either have to be a inhumanly skilled at quick reloading, or else use a second back-up-back-up. Gear integration and holsters can be a problem, since the H8R is a bit oddly proportioned, and most "real" holsters are not even close to a good fit, economical choices tend to be a compromise fit or have poor retention, so a "universal" hook-and-loop type universal cheapie holster might work better, with some custom cutting/stitching to get an adequate fit to protect the hammer spur from impacts, or accidentally snagging/cocking the hammer while in the holster. The grip sticks out like a sore thumb, and tends to snag on things. 4/5 stars for durability due to vulnerable sights prone to getting wiped off. The cylinders will certainly benefit from their own dedicated small pocket/pouch to keep them clean, separated, and readily accessible on you, without dropping them, otherwise stored in individual small zip lock baggies in a pants pocket might get you by. Be aware that the metal internal fire control parts are intentionally much more robust and harder than the plastic the cylinders are made from, and that is a feature not a bug, meaning the expected life span of each plastic cylinder is limited. Three hundred shots or so, and the small teeth that rotate that cylinder will wear out, which is probably why they give you five, and sell spares, which for a back up is an acceptable trade off.

Makes you feel like a futuristic western character
Great. The hop-up is pretty good, the sights are GREAT, and reloading is surprisingly fast. Would still suggest you buy extra clips, but that's it. Great power, especially if you use .28 BBs. .20's will zoom but the accuracy is much more deviant (maybe use those for CQB?). A great revolver. Lot of metal components.

Best airsoft revolver
Besides the price, this gun has a high fps, good capacity for the magazine, four extra magazines for the gun, and double picatinny rails. The top rail will fit pistol sights but not rifle red dots unless you have a little picatinny rail adapter. It also had 3d printer support. You can 3d print extra magazines, magazine holders, speedloaders, or anything from free files on the internet. This gun doesn’t leak Co2 and has a great futuristic look and a solid weight.

Very fun revolver!
Ended up buying this on a whim when I started getting bored of just using my rifle. This was an excellent pick, especially in cold weather. I'm not sure about performance in warm weather, but I've been able to get out around 70 shots on a single canister of CO2. It's a bunch of fun to use as well, with a really nice little bit of recoil to it.

HUGE bang for the buck
This airsoft gun punches way above its weight class. I watched tons of videos about it before buying it and I got no surprises. It's accurate enough, shoots far enough, and hits hard enough to live up to the hype I saw. I haven't even adjusted the hop-up yet and it's shooting flat at > 50 ft. This is a ton of fun for my grandson and I to plink in the garage or outside. I'll be buying us a second one for head to head shooting very soon.

Great fun, great price!
You wont find a better deal on a airsoft revolver than this. Its accurate, its easy on co2, and it even comes with 5 disc's for preloading up to 50 rounds. This thing is a blast to shoot, powerful and just plain tough looking. I am an avid target shooter and I can tell you that this thing scratches every itch. Just a blast, BUY IT!!!

Great! Reliable and cool
Looks good and I love that the hex for the co2 is in the handle that pops out so you don't need a separate allen wrench! Also reliable

Came w co2 cartridge striped
Broke the first time we used it, I was in the hospital n so we couldn't return it due to timing! The co2 cartridge came striped so it wouldn't hold the co2 cartridge.....
