I have tested various pre workouts and this one stands out because it lacks stimulants and does not cause a tingling sensation like other products. In my opinion, this is a good thing.The taste is also pleasant, making it one of the best I have tried. It mixes well with water and does not form clumps, which is often seen in other brands' products and can be unpleasant. However, I have not noticed any significant difference in terms of maintaining muscle pump or sustaining energy.In conclusion, I would recommend it overall.

Tastes nice and is good value compared to other stim free pre workouts. Gives a good pump although I find myself triple scooping from time to time instead of a regular serving of two.

Just as advertised. Great product if you are sensitive to caffeine or like myself do not enjoy getting itchy and uncomfortable in the Gym after using pre workouts.

Been using my protein PUMP pre workout but they’ve changed the formula leaving a horrible metallic taste. Decided to try this as I’ve seen a few blogs recommending it. I workout 7-9pm 5/7 days a week and since it’s caffeine free it allows me to still go to sleep after giving me a buzz in the gym. Awesome stuff.Fruit mix tastes like sherbet.

I think it works as it gives the tingly feeling that normal pre workout has but after you drink it it gives you a stomach pain for a few mins that goes off, very strange!

Gives the pump whilst keeping caffeine to level I want decent taste

Best stimulant free pre-workout I've used. I drink an obscene amount of coffee a day and normally have one before I head to the gym, so have no need for the caffeine in pre-workouts. This has everything else in a good pre-workout and great taste.
