Biotics Research Corporation, Bio-Multi Plus, Iron & Copper Free, 270 Tablets

These are seriously the best vitamins I have ever taken. I have taken many multivitamins in my time, but none have ever made me feel different. These do. I feel more alert and energized and my hair and nails grow at an inane rate. Biotics is a great company with awesome products. I have taken other supplements from them and was very happy with those as well.

It did meet my needs

This is a very high quality multi vitamin that was recommended to me by a wholistic doctor because of it's quality and lack of extra fillers. I can feel a difference when I take this. It is gluten free, dairy free, etc. and I will continue to use this brand and only this brand of vitamin. It also doesn't upset my stomach like other multis have done. Highly recommend!
