DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS
We bought this as a Christmas present but it was a huge disappointment. From the start it never charged my Iphone4 and it wouldn't answer calls when I picked up the handset like it said it would do in the owners manual. We tried numerous times to call the customer service line to no avail. Not only can you not get through to the technicians, but there is no provison to leave a voicemail. So that's it...we're returning it. In the future, I'll avoid this company's products like the plague. Thanks for nothing.

Product Information Should Be Clearer as Not to Waste a Consumer's Time!
Information on item unclear and to me a bit misleading when it states works with S4, it will but (please see below),Works with S4 but does not fit adapter pin, so you have to sit it in behind the pin and it's not a sturdy fit,plus it leaves the pin adapter exposed.It's 59.00 +, no invoice was enclosed, and it's just kinda' of a sloppy way to receive an item.I'd think twice before purchasing it, mine's going back.MarkUSN/RET

Base would not charge handset or phone (Updated)
**UPDATE 1** I was contacted by the seller a couple days after posting this with apologies for not getting back to me sooner. They will be sending me a replacement. I'm hopeful that this one will work!**UPDATE 2** We received our upgraded replacement and have been happy with it overall. My wife (6 mos. pregnant) likes the minimal radiation since she can talk on the handset rooms away from where her phone is. Plus the handset rings using her iPhone's ringtone which is a plus.**Original** Neat device, but would've been helped if the base actually charged the handset or a phone on the dock for that matter. It simply may have been a defective base, but Good Call customer service just told me to unplug everything and then plug them in again. Brilliant. When I responded the same day that the phone (that began beeping non-stop because of low battery) would still not charge (surprise!), I got no response. Cool idea, but I'll be returning this now very expensive paper weight.

I love this phone and everyone tells me they can hear ...
I can't dock my iphone 5 but it still works off the docking station since everything is wireless. I love this phone and everyone tells me they can hear be great. I have a lifeproof on my phone which makes it difficult to hear me but I love it....it even rings when I'm not near the phone!!! love love love!!! please by if you are looking for a desktop version of your smartphone

Works ok but received defective power cord.
Seems to work OK & voice is pretty clear. My power cord was defective and it wouldn't charge the iphone, but luckily my spare Kindle power cord has the same mini USB and that one worked. I'll keep it but I'm aggravated about the cord.

Extremely Convenient
"I have had my iG1 for a few days now, and I must say I really enjoy it. My Bf kinda of persuaded me to get it so we could have a kind of "house phone". At the time, I didn't think we would consistently use it, but I must admit , its alot more useful then I initially intended. We live in an apartment that doesn't have the best reception so if you have this problem I recommend setting up the goodcall wherever you have the best reception. For me its the kitchen. Now you can walk into a different room with the handset its pretty cool."

I received the product very quickly and have had no issues so far. The call quality is great, works as advertised. Took less than a minute to set up!
