Picatinny STANAG 14.9” Long Top Rail Hi-Point 995TS & 3895TS Rifles

Awesome quality, price, and customer service. After reading multiple online reviews and suggestions on upgrading my Hi-Point 995ts, I decided to purchase the replacement Picatinny rails from Pecks Anyware. I must admit, I was apprehensive at first because their price was cheaper than most other companies selling the same replacement rails. I was also worried about possible damage to the product during shipping, especially since the top replacement rail is 14.9" long -- I assumed a cheaper price probably ment cheaper packaging as well. I couldn't have been more wrong. The product arrived in a thick sturdy cardboard shipping tube. The rails were individually wrapped in thick plastic to avoid any possible scratching of the product. While waiting for the shipment to arrive, I disassembled my Carbine and removed the plastic Weaver rails. Around the screw holes on the top Weaver rail, were slightly larger recessed holes which allowed the Weaver rail to snap on to the receiver shroud. I assumed the replacement top rail screw holes would line up correctly, but I never expected them to have the slightly recessed holes as well. Videos I watched of people installing the more expensive rails, showed them trying to hold the rail in place with one hand while lining up the screw with the other hand. My rail from Pecks Anyware snapped on just like the original Weaver rail, making it an unbelievably perfect fit and basically effortless to instal. I am totally pleased with the quality of this product, and new look it gives to my Hi-Point!The only problem I had was with USPS shipping. Because of Covid19, the USPS distribution centers are way behind with shipments. Pecks Anyware kept in constant contact with me and promptly responded to all my messages. They made sure I received my shipment! I can't say enough about the awesome customer service and quality of the Pecks Anyware products. I highly recommend you try them !!

This is a quality product, sturdy and good value. However, it came without instructions so it was a puzzle at first. Removing the existing rail from my Hi-Point carbine resulted in internal nut plates falling into the bolt rear space. You therefore have to disassemble the carbine to fit the top rail. Once I worked that out it made sense. I just wish there had been some instructions.

Purchase this rail system for my Hi-Point 9 5 5 seems to really stiffen up the site and look really sharp on top of the rifle.

Perfect height for me. Closer to OEM. Additional mount anchor to the forestock seems to make it even more stable. Was worth the $8 difference to me because of the height, but if the difference isn't a factor to you go with the other one.

This rail is perfect on the 995TS. Gives it the balance it needed to make it look visually appealing. It’s about the same size as the rail your removing with a full length useable rail. It is a few dollars more than the other but well worth it.

Just what my carbine needed. Removes the plastic, flexible rail, and replaces it with a solid aluminium piece. Gives you about 5 more inches on the same plane to mount sights, optics, etc. Works great.

Pretty straight forward to install if you know your way around your carbine. If you aren’t super familiar with it the instructions are very descriptive, just no pictures for help.Amazing solid construction, make my 995TS a lot sturdier.

Great rail. Installed in about a half hour. Appears to be precision machined. Fit and finish is great. Would buy again.
