Bought for my sister. She has lost a significant amount of weight doing this program. She does it everyday to every other day. She has definitely built up leg muscle as well. There are 3 different level people you can follow. Obviously a beginner; or if heavier and you cannot do the jumping, intermediate and advanced; which incorporates more or higher jumping and movements. Just doing beginner I was starting to heat up and sweat. She has since got the advanced disc.

My friend had the whole program (with containers), I only wanted the DVD's that came with it. Thought this was it, it's not. For 22 dollars I thought I would get more than one workout. It's an okay work out but not what I expected.

I had previously worked out with a personal trainer and it was great, I was hoping this was going to be a lot like that. I would say it is a good exercise program and it will definitely make you sweat!If you haven't worked out for a while this is going to be intense and this is going to be hard. The warm up itself will probably make you sweat. My first run at it I had to pause it several times to take a break. There are no breaks or pauses on the CD. You will have to pause it to take a quick break and get ready again. I only finished half the disc my first time around.This is definitely not for the faint of heart! But it is a great CD to make you work and get you moving!

Totally worth the price for one CD!! 30 lbs lighter and leaner thanks to Autumn and The Fix Challenge: Introductory Workout to 21 Day Fix Extreme.This is very easy to follow and love hearing calories scream when your burning them. I also purchased the complete program, but need a different work out to change things up. This is perfect for the change up the 21 Day Program needed for me to get the leaning I was looking for.

Very, very disappointed. Was under the impression that this was "the" 21 Day fix entire program. Furthermore, when I got the package there was a piece of paper that suggested a 15 lb resistance band was needed. I drove one hour away to the Dicks Sporting Goods to buy one. I got home and started the workout DVD only to find no weights or resistance bands are needed. $22 is way too expensive for one DVD. I think I'll go back to my girl Jillian Michaels.

I love the exercises and the plan. But one of the DVD just stopped working in my DVD player. The other DVD worked fine and so do all my movies. I tried to get help from Amazon to replace it, but because it was over 30 days no one returned my message. So I just went directly to Beachbody and bought a whole new set, which was a pain, but if a DVD stops working, I can get it replace without having to buy a whole kit again. Beachbody also respected that I don't want a coach, don't need one so they don't bother me. Love the 30 minutes workouts. I have a few friends that use this set and we keep each other accountable and support each other. I have been using the videos and meal plan since January, I have lost weight, I feel stronger, feel healthier and I sleep great. Got to the do the work...it is only 30 minutes.

I didn't intend to buy this for the food program but I was sick of my work out routines so I wanted someone to do it for me. I can honestly say this is first time in a long time I've seen a difference in my body. I continue to use them when I feel like switching up my routine. Great buy!

It is a great variety of work outs. When it starts getting easy just get heavier weights. I have recommended this series to many people. This last set I bought for my daughter because she wanted what I was doing. She could see the difference in my body and mood. I lost 35 inches in 7 months.

This CD is very well done. I look forward to using it soon. I had a look at it yesterday. Ty so much. Love it

Nice product. good buy for the value. The full pack is expensive but worth it. If you don't want to spend more money this is a good start

Spent the time to make sure I was getting the right DVD with multiple workouts on it. Went to BB website, verified name and still ended up with a DVD with only one workout on it. Deceptive? Not sure. Annoying? Absolutely. Not worth the p rice for what you get.

Challenge...I'D say. WOW, What a workout!!! Great one to throw in the mix when you really want to challenge yourself starting out!
