I'm using this product since 3 weeks but I did not observe any side effect except taste issue.

Please note that Soy Protein is only properly dissolved in warm or hot water.Quality of product and the price offered are really good.Cant say much for body builders as I didn't test it for workouts

yoo the taste is atrocious. bloating is a big concern. brand should do something about the taste and digestibility fr. i mixed it with other flavoured protein but it still tasted gross. needs a lot of water to mix otherwise it will be like a thick paste. :(

Best value for money protein powder. On its own, it tastes bad, but works well when added to everyday food like dosa or chappatti.

I had used AsItIs Pea Protein before this. That one's taste was just horrible. In comparison to that, this Soy Protein's taste is much more doable. I add around 2 spoons of chocolate horlicks for 25g of this powder (I have a separate scoop). As for mixability, again it's doable & much better than the Pea Protein. And muscle gain has been quite amazing as I'm able to achieve 80-90g protein per day with this. For me, digestion was good. Much cheaper than whey, costlier than soyabeans. So, pretty good for the price. 💯

The product quality is good, smooth texture and its taste and its mixability is slightly better than other soya protein that I've tried recently. Its protein content and amino acid profile is also better. Though the packet I received has a minor issue that its zip lock doesn't work, that can happen sometimes with the packaging but it was completely sealed above the zip lock.
