Has Titanium Dioxide (Carcinogenic/ Cancer-causing Toxic) ; didn't expect that. I did all kinds of research & yet neglected that part. ;-( I always avoid this ingredient. When are they gonna realize we don't CARE WHAT color our pill is, as long as it's pure & healthy!!??The pill size was much bigger than the reviewers gave me the impression of, however it went down easily, but I am returning them due to the TD.Buyers beware! Protect your health! Don't trade one problem for another! :-)

Firstly, again I would say that they have great customer service should you have questions. These pills are not as small as I would like and I wish all vitamin companies would post pictures showing the size of their pills so we know exactly what we are getting. I will probably be on the search for smaller sized pills but my family are ok with these as they are.

Excellent product
These capsules are HUGE. But they seem to be doing a great job... I have to cut them in half for my daughter, but she is able to swallow them (she is 9) They are great for our knee and joint pain. I'd highly recommend!

Happy 1st time user.
I have been very happy with this product. This is my first time taking Magnesium and I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep and fatigue levels throughout the day.

Some of the caps we're halfway full or empty and there wasn't a lot of powder on the bottom after. Other than that I like the product

Some Things Just Work; I Don't Know Why.
At 76 I was having some problems with cramping spasms both during the day and at night, sometimes crippling; read about this product on line and decided to try it…one tablet morning and night and I haven't been bothered with cramping/spasms and it doesn't appear to interfere with my other mediation; wonder what my VA Dr. will say?

A very good magnesium citrate
I've used this supplement for a few days now and find it very good in terms of digestibility. Not easy to find magnesium citrate. Most magnesium supplements are combined into magnesium oxide, which I found to be not good for my system.
