Really love my desk! I work a lot on the computer and I have an adjustable base. I had a medical bedside desk but it was pretty short where it was difficult to work on my computer. I was pretty skeptical of these types of desk, especially with many that are far cheaper, but I didn't want something to break so I decided to spend more money. I am really happy I with my decision.PROS:- Extremely solid quality, nothing feels cheap IMO- Goes exactly over my desk where I have a bed frame that has about 3-4 inches of space beyond my queen bed and it fit perfectly- It's pretty easy to build- Wheels are smooth when rolling (I have hardwood)- It goes low/high enough for me. Wish it maybe went a tiny bit lower since my bed isn't too high, but it was just enough for me- You can eat, use your laptop, or put whatever you want on it within reason- It looks nice, feels nice, and isn't a medical bed- I am repurposing it as a high desk/table when I move (multipurpose)- What really did it for me was their FANTASTIC support (read below)CONS:- One part I received (the rounded corner that sits on the top of the desk) did not have a hole that should have been there- Being at this price point, I would have hoped for maybe a little more QA testing to ensure the above didn't happen- I originally purchased in July 2019 and last week the hole where you screw in the wheel broke somehow. Whatever that piece was, it got pushed into the peg, which didn't allow me to screw the wheel back in- I wish the leg pegs were easier to adjust like the metal tabs you can press and slide the pegs up/down- I also wish I got this before I got my medical bedside tableThe reason why I still gave this product a 5/5 instead of a 3 or 4/5 was because of their superb support team. The first issue I got was out-of-the-box when I went to build it the first time. I contacted their support team and they shipped me the piece I needed within a day or two. They were fast and swift with helping me.The second time I got an issue, which was last week, I sent in a support request and they called me to clarify my issue and emailed me. Within the next day I got the new part I needed, plus some other parts just in case some other part was affected. They were super friendly and helpful BOTH times. They swiftly resolved my issue both times. Normally, these types of companies are very difficult to get a hold of and it can feel like you're screwed. I did not feel like that and in fact, I got my part as fast as it would take to get an Amazon Prime order. They went above and beyond to get my issues fixed. I know it would have been better if I didn't have to deal with these things, but I did and was very happy with their service and support.I highly recommend StandSteady for any future products based on my experience with them based on the quality of their products, service, and support. I looked at this table a while back, but hesitated because of the price. I actually found a smaller, yet sturdy and adjustable-height bed table at a fraction of the cost and used that one for about 6 months or so, but it just wasn't enough space for working on my laptop and having some files spread out, and maybe a drink on the table also. Finally I coughed up the money for this and I'm so glad I did. This has plenty of space and it's really sturdy. I've had books piled up on it without noticing any difference at all. It rolls easily over the bed so I can position it anywhere and move it out of the way when not in use. And it's beautiful. My bedroom looks so much nicer now with this table than the smaller one; it makes me happy when I come in and see it.The assembly was fairly easy with one person and the included tools, but adjusting the height is a major pain, especially doing it without any help. I recommend figuring out which height you need (there are only a few options) and leaving it set there permanently. Only adjust the height when it's laying flat on the floor, because it's more difficult to do once it's upright.

I received this overbed table in less than a week! That was fantastic! I believe the estimated time was six weeks. It was packaged extremely well. Almost overkill! The table was packed in styrofoam which was packaged inside a very sturdy cardboard box, which was then packaged within a second, very sturdy cardboard box! Everything came with it that was necessary to put it together. Very simple. Just a bit awkward due to how wide the table is. More than wide enough to go over a queen size bed by 10 inches! It looks great. Just like the picture. It is not real sturdy because it is so wide. If it was to be used as a stand alone table, I would definitely have it up against a wall for support. Since it is made to go over a queen size bed, there could be no braces across the width. Once it is placed over the mattress, this situation pretty much takes care of itself. The bed becomes the brace. I would have given a five star review if it were not for the wheels. They do NOT roll whatsoever on carpet. It is as if the wheel locks were on, but they are not. My carpet the queen bed is on, is a short, tight weave. I have several items, including furniture, with wheels. They all roll very easily on this carpet. I have tried to roll this table over the bed, every which way I can think of. By using the handle in the middle to pull it or to push it. I've tried rolling it by pushing or pulling one side at a time. It will not roll. At all. It will tip over forward or backward, depending if you're pushing or pulling. By not being able to roll it up and down the bed, the rollers become useless. In order to move it either direction, you have to lift one side and then the other, inching it up or back. It's exhausting. Since it is too difficult to get into the bed with it moved up towards the pillows, it ends up staying at the end of the bed. Defeating the purpose of buying the table in the first place. I have written the seller asking for wheels that are capable of rolling on carpet, or at least to be given information as to what to look for when shopping for wheels to replace the non-functional ones. I have received no reply. I was hoping the seller could at least point me in the right direction as to where I could find information re replacement wheels. They do roll on floors without carpeting. I do not have bedrooms without carpets. I know of no one that does! I love the table. I just want to be able to use it as it was intended to be used. As an overbed table! If anyone can advise me what wheels I need, I'd greatly appreciate it. They have to snap inside the leg extensions, so they need to be precise. Thank you.
