Premium Solar Attic Fan, (25 Watts)

Bought this in July of 2017. Worked fine for the rest of the summer. Disconnected positive wire for winter. Worked fine all 2018. Disconnected positive wire for winter. Getting warm here in Florida. Reconnected positive wire. Doesn't work. Checked wire from fan to solar panel - it is fine. Checked solar panel - it is clean. At bit pricey for something that works for 1.5 summers.

works even in low light, attic is a good 20 degree cooler.
