Doesn’t fully charge???
Doesn’t seem to fully charge I leave it on charge overnight like i would my iphone and I click the button and it has 1 flashing light only after all night on charge. Tried this over a few nights and the same.. also very heavy case I knew it would be heavy as it is a battery but much more than I thought. Very expensive for something that doesn’t charge for more than about 10% until it dies.

Check the case thoroughly before use make sure the case is sealed at the seams
I was looking forward to getting this when I ordered it because I was looking for different design then...just black! However, I was disappointed upon closer inspection the back was coming off and I had only received it in the day, no damage on with box, then over the weekend it completely came off and I noticed the little clips that had held the case together were just falling off...so have returned it and will not order this again. For £25.99 I’d expect better.

Disappointed on the breakage but something I know will Be of great benefit to me.
I wrote in saying it was broken and downloaded the return slip. Have to my son-in-law to post. And found out today when I got it back from my daughter it has still been in his car.It was either broken either before it was packaged or during transit. It didn’t sit right and my son looked at it said it was broken. I used it no more than 3:4 times.Cannot send an image as all packaged up.

Stay away.
Item is now broken and doesn’t charge correctly. The back where the charger goes into keeps lifting, so a correct connection is not being made. Also will not charge when phone is inside. Can’t even return it as seller requires postage payment and a printer to print label. I have no printer and used the prime service to have it delivered, so don’t see why I should have to pay to return a defective item. Never had a problem with amazon before, but now this has made me question using them again.

First time using a battery case and I love it!
Simply brilliant! Perfect battery case for my iphone 7. Fits and works well.The main pros with having a battery case:- beautiful marble design. - Don't need to lug a bulky power bank around anymore.- Compatible with magnetic holders- Fits iphone 7 and iphone 8 perfectly- recharges the iphone battery power to 100%Just remember to use your original apple lightning cable and usb power adapter to recharge the case.Overall, this battery case offers lots of value. Definitely recommended.

Quality product
Beautiful looking product. Very well made. Top magnet attaches to body. Fits my 8 well. Only 4 stars as it is slow to refill it’s own charge. But it is a lovely product.

UTTER RUBBISH
Broken after one month. Unable to charge as the battery charging socket seems to have become very loose. Contacted the company who are not interested. Told me to contact Amazon but unable to return as I purchased on 6th July 2019 and am only given one month. Complete and utter waste of my money. DO NOT PURCHASE.
