Amazing product
I am not a runner. I use this products because I do not drink enough water and I when I do drink water I still feel dehydrated in a way. When I take these I notice my lips are not as dry as they used to be and the natural pinkish color has returned to them.I am on my third bottle and I will never stop using this. No side effects at all. I can even take on an empty stomach. Also the plus……I take them when I am going out for drinks to help with not getting dehydrated from the alcohol so NO HANGOVERS BABY!

Works great, prevents workout headache!
I walk my dog most days of the week, 3-6 miles, first thing in the morning right after I wake up. Often I'll get halfway through our walk, or within half hour of getting home, I'll get a raging headache that lasts hours that I always assumed was a tension headache.Tired of being in pain I did a little digging, and learned that runners also get these headaches from dehydration (which lines up since I walk so early), and they take something like these pills before/during/after a long run.I started taking these the day after they arrived: one with a cup of two of water before the walk, and another after with the rest of a liter of water. No tension headache! It's only been a few days, but it's promising. I'll keep buying these as long as they work!

for other types of exercise rather than running long distances
It's a good product. It does what it's supposed to. It's a good product because it's the best for its price and quantity I found. It comes with plenty of pills. I assure you that you won't get cramps.Just know though, that If you're a serious runner; I do not recommend these. They don't offer an immediate reaction. The gel capsule has to be dissolved first by your stomach acid. That takes some time. Runners need immediate electrolytes. In that case, it is best a liquid form of electrolyte.I got these for running, they do a a good job, but not an excellent one for me. You need to take them thirty minutes ahead of time, so you'll always need to remind yourself. With such a dose you will get about five miles. After that I experienced the need of more electrolytes; and I was not going to pause to swallow more capsules. It would be interrupting. Firstly having to pause your exercise, secondly having to open the bottle, and thirdly having to swallow one or two pills. Uncomfortable. Then, the capsule would take effect until half an hour later, therefore you couldn't keep on running. With that being said, maybe it's not exellwnt for long distance runners.Tips.It's best to take on empty stomach with a sip of water (Not so much if planning to run afterwards). Digestion of capsule is faster. Then the white powder will be in your system faster. It will take take somewhat longer if you combine the capsules with food.In my opinion these are of good quality, and at a good price. I recommend these for other types of exercise rather than running long distances.

Relieves my foot/leg cramps quickly!
I get a LOT of foot cramps...some leg cramps, too. I drink a lot of water all the time, but it just seems that no matter what I do, or how much water I drink, I still get very frequent cramps...painful, painful cramps.I did some research and found these pills and THEY WORK, and they WORK QUICKLY! Just 8 ozs of water with them is all that's required, although I always drink much more that that when I take them (usually 2). And it is amazing how quickly the cramps ease and then completely go away. I haven't timed it (when in pain I don't think clearly!) but it is just a matter of minutes...maybe (MAYBE) 10-15 minutes max? I think, anyway. Having, in the past, spent long periods of time trying to relieve/reduce cramping, it seems like this is nearly instantaneous, comparatively speaking! And they are "Subscribe & Save" eligible! There is a certain amount of sodium in them...and I have issues with water retention, so I have to watch my sodium intake, but these are definitely worth the extra effort (for me) because they DO relieve the cramping!

IT WORKS! STOPPED CRAMPS AND DECREASED FATIGUE
58 year old fit male who runs trails in the hills of MA in very hot weather with occasional leg cramps. Stopped the leg cramps also the rare digastric muscle cramp under the jaw. Also more energy can go further with less fatigue. 55 year old wife's leg cramps at night were also helped. Note that cramping may be not always related to electrolytes or hydration but also is a nerve issue. A combination of capsicum, ginger and cinnamon in the mouth and esophagus has been found to be effective in stopping cramps. I tried it myself on a rare but agonizing cramps of leg adductor muscle that were bilaterally symmetrical and at the same time bilaterally symmetrical tibials anterior cramps. This after 3 days of running in sand on a beach. A tablespoon of sriracha hot sauce only (it was all I had at 3 AM) in the mouth and esophagus stopped it in seconds.....amazing. A startup is investigating and testing a blend now. see flex-pharma ( d 0 t ) commercial

This works for horrific muscle spasms.
This is the only product that seems to work for me. Whenever I go off my healthy eating regimen, I get terrible muscle spasms. If I want to go “a little crazy” and eat a cake and a candy bar, or a bag of skittles, I suffer. Any amount of sugar I eat makes my muscles spasm like crazy. My doctor said it’s because my body is so used to not having it that when I eat it my body tries to let me know it’s not happy. Now, when I decide I want to go off my healthy eating for a day and go a little crazy, I take 5 of these the night before, five more the morning of, and 5 more at bedtime. Sometimes depending on how I feel I may take a few at dinner time too. This has worked out perfect for me. I love sugary treats and for me to be able to have an “off diet day” and eat all the sugar I want without having horrific muscle spasms, means the world to me.
