Excellent price, excellent performance
Like others, I was not optimistic about the quality of a spool of PLA that cost sub £10. After printing a couple of calibration objects, it was looking good. A matt finish with good layer bonding. I've used up my initial 1KG spool, and have now ordered another 4. If you want good to excellent quality, with a great price also, then order yourself a spool. Two things that let it down for me, and preventing me from giving a 5 star rating: - Spool - The PLA could be wound better, not as high quality as other spools - Bed adhesion - This is the only spool so far where I see a little warping on corners. Sorted with a brim / raft though would be ideal not to use one

Absolutely first class!!
I have to admit I had doubts about PLA this cheap but it’s been absolutely flawless prints as well as the manufacturers pla of my printer for half the price and it’s available same day if I get a run of orders! Can’t fault it I’m recommending it to my friends who are also into 3D printing.

best printing to date
This Filament is very good, I chose the middle of their recommended printing temperature range got it right first time. I will be using this as my standard go to PLA in future. Printing on a Wanhao V2.1 (much modified by me) BED TEMP: 65 HOT END: 205

Rubbish
Worst filament have used, layer adhesion is not good and leaves the models looking horrible with layers missing and peeling also resulting in constant breakages of models where the layers are not joined properly - this is when it doesn’t clog up the printer. Most of the prints using this pla results in printer clogging, covering the extruder stepper in shredded pla because the nozzle is clogged, and air printing. Not only this but it seems to line the head with pla meaning it needs to be stripped before printing using another brand of pla. I have had 4 different brands of pla non of which have ever clogged the printer and since using this always have to clean the head before printing or will not print.

Impressive PLA - Best value filament I've tried!
Have now printed nearly 5Kg of this polysmart black PLA without a single issue, leaves a great looking matte finish on prints and does seem to be noticeably stronger (less brittle / better layer adhesion) than other value PLA filaments I've tried. Over 5 reels of filament used and I'll be ordering more soon!Edit: Now up to 12Kg, still extremely happy!

Very good PLA
This is a good PLA - it remains slightly flexible after printing (cheap ones go brittle) and doesn't clog the nozzle. Also has good fusing of print layers.
