Hugely impressed with this charcoal. Large well formed pieces which light easily and seem to burn steadily and for a considerable time. An enormous step up from the crumbly dust laden bags typically available on garage forecourts and supermarkets. Will be buying this again for sure!

Let’s start with the obvious: this is a good price for 24kg of charcoal. Judging by the reviews it seems there’s been some mixed batches, but mine was fine. Not amazing. Plenty of big lumps, a bit more dust at the bottom than I’d like but that could be down to transport. Not 5 stars as it spits a little more and creates more ash than I’ve seen from more expensive charcoal.

Value for money & a long burner with plenty of heat. 5***** rating & will definitely buy again…

Handy large bags of charcoal but some of the lumps can be massive with quite a lot of tiny chips and dust to be had too.Kept finding plastic in the last batch and what looked like part of a broom handle so won't get again in a hurry.

I have been a keen barbecuer for over forty years and I can honestly say that this is the best charcoal I have used. It lights easily, burns evenly (not too quickly) and the usual ‘charcoal dust’ at the bottom of the bag is minimal. I am also saved the problem of breaking over-large lumps! Any regular barbecuer knows that all charcoal is not the same; you will find cheaper charcoal - but ‘you get what you pay for’....

Not a good product and not as described on Amazon, poor quality charcoal, very small pieces and not top quality as described. I ordered 2 x 12kg bags and received 2 x 10kg bags, never once have they apologised for the mistake and have made me feel it's my fault for wanting to return the item. I notice from other feedback that they only weigh 80% of the bags and I can't help thinking that this may be how they sell products to customers. I'n not saying they are deliberately selling underweight bags but it does make one wonder doesn't it? They certainly don't rush to put things right so their customer service is dreadful. I certainly won't use them again. All I can say to those who say they have had a good quality product is lucky you.

I brought this last year , then the weather changed so I've only just started using it , I'm very impressed , large pieces not alot of bits like I a few other manufacturers I've used before . Good value for money .
