Helpful size pills
I highly recommend reading the book, "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox." The information in that book has helped me improve my health. Most of the K2 pills are only 100 mcg's and yet the author of the book states that in Canada the recommended daily amount is over 100 mcg's and the amount the author recommends for those patients who are diabetic, pre-diabetic or overweight (240 mcg's) is important. Be sure to take the same amount of Vit A and D3 each day. Doctor's in US only spend one semester studying vitamins and apparently in the US we don't understand the importance of taking more than one vitamin a day. I no longer have any signs of the 2 blood clots I had in 2014. You can't take Vitamin K2 and blood thinners at the same time. Do yourself a favor--start taking the vitamins before you have serious medical problems. By the way, I did get the KIndle version of the book, and then ordered the paperback because I wanted to take notes. If more people take these vitamins health in the US would change an incredible amount--and it will be possible to do so with vitamins instead of prescription drugs. I have been taking Vitamin K2, and the same amount of Vitamins A and D3 for over a year now, and while I wish I had been taking them before I had the blood clots, and I am thankful that I have no sign of blood clots now. If a woman is on the right amount of vitamins throughout her pregnancy, the babies teeth will come in straight (No braces--that pays for the vitamins), the mother's labor will be easier, Type 2 diabetes can be reversed, Alzheimer's prevented, and many more benefits.

Be vigilant
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2017. It was caused from a medication I have to take to block any estrogen my body produces because I was diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2015. For a yr I was taking calcium +D3 for the first yr. Bone density still showed osteopenia. Second yr showed early osteoporosis. All blood wk and calcium levels were still good. Dr wanted me to start Fosomax. I said I wanted to continue on my own without taking the meds. A friend told me about K2, that it needed to be taken with the calcium and D3 which I started taking. 2018 bone density showed some improvement in my hips, lower back little change. Still wanted to do this on my own. Last week 2019 I had my bone density done. I was really nervous because I was sure there wasn’t going to be any improvement. Well, I got the results today. I went from osteoporosis to osteopenia. I can’t tell you how happy I am. I had been taking the 175 mcq all yr except for the month of August it was the 300mcq because the were out of the 175. I didn’t feel any different between the 2. I’m sure taking the 175 for 1yr helped a lot. I may continue taking 300mcq. Plus I was also taking calcium 800mg a day along with 1000iu of +D3. It also helps to get your calcium from your food and exercise. Supper happy !!!! I’m 68 yrs young 😁

Disappointed
I ordered this product because it stated “does not contain K1 or MK4”. When I received the bottle it has a sticker that says “does contain K1 or MK4”. Very disappointed and concerned. I cannot use this.

I don't recommend... More shall be revealed.
I broke out in hives after taking this.Update: a new bottle of k2m7 was sent after I had sent back the k2m4 + m7. I did research that m4 can cause rashes due to synthetic ingredients.I will try the plain after my rash clears. At least the company is trying to do right. I don't see the k2m4 + m7 available anymore. Good on them.😉

Jury’s still out
Gave this product three stars only because the jury’s still out until my bone scan in fall of 2019. Thus far have noticed no bad side effects. It digests easily. I have noticed that my back pain has disappeared, but that may be coincidence. My hope is that, taking it in combination with D3 and magnesium, my bone scan numbers will improve or at least stabilize ( just my hope, not scientifically based - DO NOT want to take bone drugs ).

Impressive formulation
I spent a full day searching for the best quality formula that also gave me the quantity in mcg that I was looking for to go with the high IU of Vitamin D I chose to take. The capsules are small and I take 2 K2 with my 10,000 IU Vit D.

Like the product, hate that the price has doubled!
Years ago I was prescribed calcium by my doctor to help stave off osteoporosis. I researched and found that if I take calcium I also needed D3. And K2 MK-7 helps me absorb the D3. I researched different K2 formulations and decided on this product, Health as it Ought to Be K2 MK-7, as the K-2 to take to supplement the D3 and Calcium I have to take. I was impressed with their claims of quality, and that it does not contain K1 or MK4. Have been taking it for years now and have been very satisfied with it. I have no empirical evidence on what affect it has on my body, but from the aspects of it I can report on, I’m happy. What I don’t like when I just reordered, was that the price has doubled since the last time I placed an order! I assume this is a result of the shut-down for the last year, but it was still a shock. I hope as the panic from the virus subsides that the price will become reasonable again.

Working Well
Sometimes we wonder, "How do I actually know this is doing anything for me?" Well, I am a taker of warfarin and too much Vitamin K in my diet will interact with the efficacy of it. But I read an article on Vitamin K and its benefits for arteries and I told the nurse I was going to start taking it so I will need to be tested more frequently until we get the right dosage of warfarin that my body needed so it would not form blood clots in my legs which have twice broken off and went to my lungs, which is very deadly.Sure enough, we had to raise the warfarin dosage because of the Vitamin K increasing my blood clotting ability. So I know this is doing what it is supposed to. I read that people on blood clotting medication should not be told to stay away from Vitamin K. So, I decided I was going to take a steady dose daily. It clears calcification in the artetries.
